Claims (1)
- 交換アーム３の旋回により工具Ｔの把持、解放
を行い交換アーム軸２の軸方向移動で工具の抜き
差しを行う工具交換装置において、前記交換アー
ムに把持爪３ａ中心の外側に向かつて移動可能に
設けられたロツクピン４と、該ロツクピン４を常
時外側に突出勝手に付勢する第１ばね５と、前記
ロツクピンに僅かに軸方向移動可能に嵌合され先
端に前記工具のグリツプ溝Ｔａに当接するローラ
１３を有するローラ軸９と、該ローラ軸を常時外
側に突出勝手に付勢する前記第１ばねより強い第
２ばね１０と、前記交換アームの縮小端位置で前
記ロツクピンの軸方向移動の規制を解除する逃げ
溝１ａを有するロツクかけ外し部材１とを含んで
なりインタロツク時に第２ばねにより工具を交換
アームに圧着することを特徴とする工具交換装置
のインタロツク機構。
