い。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) This method has the advantage that the working time is shorter and the hair style can last longer than cold permanent or electric hair permanent, but it has the disadvantage that the hair is easily damaged. In other words, as mentioned above, this method applies a permanent to the hair while heating the surface temperature of the rod to a high temperature of 200 to 260 degrees Celsius, so the hair may become blistered or burnt out.
It has the disadvantage of swelling and becoming brittle. To solve this problem, the surface temperature of the rod should be adjusted so that it does not damage the hair.
The problem can be solved by lowering the temperature to around 100℃ to 150℃, but in this temperature range the hair will not become permanent unless you take a long time. In other words, hair is composed of the outermost layer of the hair epidermis, the inside of the epidermis, the fur layer, and the center layer of the hair medulla, and the part where the permanent is attached is called the fur layer. However, the surface of this fur has an outer shell layer called the hair epidermis, which has poor thermal conductivity, so if the surface temperature of the rod is lowered to 100°C to 150°C, heat will not be transferred to the fur in a short time.

ある。(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention lowers the surface temperature of the rod so as not to damage the hair, and also enables permanent, hair straightening, hair setting, etc. to be performed efficiently in the same short time as conventional methods. It is. For this purpose, the rod case containing the heating element is made of metal, and a far-infrared radiation layer made of a material that mainly emits infrared radiation with a wavelength of 5 to 10 μm is provided on the surface of the rod case.

Even if the hair is lowered, the far infrared rays of 5 to 10 μm emitted from the far infrared emitting layer are directly absorbed by the hair cortex and efficiently heated, allowing for permanent, hair straightening, hair setting, etc. in a short period of time, just like before. Moreover, it can also prevent hair damage.

る。 In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 indicates a glove for holding hair. Reference numeral 2 denotes a cylindrical rod facing the glove 1, which is made of a good thermal conductor such as aluminum, and has a rod case 4 with grooves 3 on its surface to allow hair to flow in waves. It consists of a heating element 5 housed inside, and the surface of the rod case 4 is further coated with a far-infrared radiation layer 6. This far infrared radiation layer 6
is a ceramic that mainly emits wavelengths of 5 to 10 μm,
For example, it is made of alumina, zircon, or zircon + magnetite, and is coated with 80 nickel - 20 chromium or 80 nickel - 20 aluminum to resist chemicals such as perm solution, and has corrosion resistance and heat resistance. improvement is expected.
Reference numeral 7 denotes a fixing handle, into which a power cord 8 is inserted, and the rod 2 is fixed to its tip. A movable handle 9 is pivotally supported by the fixed handle 7, and the glove 1 is fixed to the tip.

The rod 2 may have various shapes other than the above-mentioned shape, such as a square cylindrical shape and a semi-cylindrical shape.

い。 4 and 5 show still another embodiment of the present invention, in which rods 2, 2 each having a built-in heating element are fixed to both handles 7, 9. In FIG. 5, tooth profiles 10 that engage with each other are formed on opposing surfaces of the rods 2, 2. It goes without saying that in these embodiments as well, the surfaces of the rods 2, 2 are provided with a far-infrared radiation layer that mainly emits wavelengths of 5 to 10 .mu.m, as in the above embodiments.

Wrapping hair to perform permanent, hair straightening, hair setting, etc. The main component of the permanent hair cortex is protein, whose main absorption wavelength is 5 to 10μ.
far infrared rays in the same wavelength band emitted from the far infrared radiation layer 6 of the rod 2 are efficiently absorbed by this fur material and heat the hair. Therefore, the surface temperature of Rod 2 can be lowered to 100 to 150 degrees Celsius without damaging the hair, and this also allows you to perform permanent, hair straightening, hair setting, etc. in the same short working time as before. I can do it.

がある。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention allows hair to be wrapped around a rod that emits far infrared rays of 5 to 10 μm, or held between gloves or the like, so that the surface temperature of the rod can be lowered to 100°C without damaging the hair. It is possible to lower the temperature to ~150°C, and this also has the advantage that the work time for permanent hair, hair straightening, hair setting, etc. can be done efficiently and in a shorter time than in the past.
