搬供給装置であつて、前記供給機の掛軸の回転
を制動するブレーキを設け、前記台車が、互い
に離隔して上下方向に延在する一対の第1支柱
と、互いに離隔して上下方向に延在し、一対の
第1支柱に対向する一対の第2支柱と、第1支
柱および第2支柱のうちの互いに隣接する支柱
の上端および下端同士を連結する複数の上梁お
よび下梁と、一対の第2支柱の間のほぼ中央で
第1支柱方向に水平に突出し、小巻部材を支持
することができる支持棒と、下梁の下端に取り
付けられた複数のキヤスターと、からなり、一
対の第1支柱同士が下梁のみで連結され、第1
支柱および第2支柱の上、下端部のうちの少な
くとも一方の端部が上梁または下梁から上また
