じ易く組立体として一定の固有振動数を有する。
この固有振動数がエンジンの常用回転速度域での
エンジン速度に一致すると共振を生じ、ハンドル
組立体はハンドルの取付部を支点としてはげしく
振動する。このような共振が生じるとハンドルを
握るドライバに不快感を与えると共に、走行中に
計器類が読みとりにくくなつたり、また、ヘツド
ライトの電球が切れたりするという問題か生じ
る。
