る。本発明に係る床材は、木質基板1の表面に合
成樹脂発泡体にて形成される弾力性を有する弾性
層2を介して表面層3が積層された床材であつ
て、表面層3が木質単板製の化粧層4表面に合成
樹脂のトツプコート層5を積層して形成され、弾
性層2と表面層3との間にトツプコート層5と同
材質のアンダーコート層7が積層されて成ること
を特徴とするものである。実施例においては、弾
性層2のトツプコート層5とがともに塩化ビニル
ゾルで形成されるものである。第1図に示すよう
に、合板などの木質基板1表面に全面にわたつて
塩化ビニル発泡体が形成された弾性層2が積層さ
れる。この弾性層2の表面には化粧層4が積層さ
れる。化粧層4は木質単板が用いられ、その両面
にプライマーが塗布される。プライマーとしては
アクリル系、塩化ビニル系、ウレタン系のものな
ど塩化ビニル対して良好な接着性を有するものが
用いられる。化粧層4表面にはその全面を覆つて
塩化ビニルのトツプコート層5が被せられる。弾
性層2及びトツプコート層5としては、たとえば
次のように配合された塩化ビニルゾルが用いられ
る。すなわち、弾性層2としは、 塩化ビニル(ゼオン121) 100部 DOP 50部 ブチルエポキシスチアレート 15部 アゾジカルボンアミド 2部 鉛系安定剤 2部 顔 料 2〜5部 を配合して用い、トツプコート層5としては、 塩化ビニル(ゼオン121) 100部 DAPモノマ(大阪ソーダ社製) 30〜40部 DOP 10〜15部 錫系安定剤 2部 反応開始剤 0.6〜0.8部 を配合して用いる。これらはともにゾルとして与
えられる。ここで弾性層2に顔料を配合している
のは、化粧層4が薄い場合に弾性層2が透けるの
を防ぐためであつて、化粧層4が完全に不透明で
あれば顔料は不要である。また弾性層2の発泡率
は10倍程度にしてあり、弾性力及び断熱性を良好
なものにしている。第2図はこの床材の製造工程
を示すものであつて、合板のような木質基板1表
面に目止めとして(イ)シーラが塗布され、次いで(ロ)
上述の弾性層2用に配合した塩化ビニルゾルを塗
布した後、(ハ)120℃で3〜5分間加熱することに
より塩化ビニルゾルを半ゲル化する。ただし、こ
のとき発泡剤が分解しないように半ゲル化する。
次に(ニ)両面にプライマーを塗布した木質基板のよ
うな化粧層4を積層して、(ホ)化粧層4表面に全面
にわたつて上述のトツプコート層5用に配合した
塩化ビニルゾルを塗布する。そして最後に(ヘ)クリ
アランスを一定に保つたキユア炉6内で加熱する
と、弾性層2とトツプコート層5との塩化ビニル
ゾルがゲル化され、同時に発泡剤が分解し弾性層
2が発泡して第1図に示したような床材が得られ
るのである。このようにして、弾性層2とトツプ
コート層5とのキユアが同時に行なえるのであ
り、かつまたプレスをせず接着剤も用いずに基板
1上に弾性層2とトツプコート層とを同時に接着
できるものである。

り、プレス工程も用いることなく床材を得ること
