端に送風機14を取付け、後端を上記燃焼室1上
に取付けた熱交換室16の後端に連通させ、熱交
換室16の内部には両端の集合筐c,dを複数の
煙管eにより接合した熱交換器18を設置し、そ
の後部集合筐dを燃焼室3と連通させ、前部集合
筐eに煙突19を接続し、熱交換室16の前端に
は温風送出口22を設けた構成のもので、ほだ木
その他の木材燃料を徐燃させて、その燃焼熱と空
気との熱交換により、暖房に適した温風を長時間
に亘り継続的に発生させることができるものであ

発明が解決しようとする問題点
前記した従来の暖房用炉は、燃焼筒における内
筒と外筒との間に螺旋状の送気路を形成したか
ら、空気の流動距離と流動時間を延長して熱交換
の効果を高めることはできたが、前記螺旋状流路
の形成は、螺旋片の形成とこれの取付けが容易で
ないために、製作費が高くつき、又、空気の螺旋
流動は抵抗が大きいから高圧の送風機が必要であ
つて、且つ、空気流は層流となり、内筒及び外筒
との接触状態が変らないため、内層は内筒から吸
熱して効果的に加熱されるが、外層は熱輻射によ
つて僅かに加熱されるして過ぎないから、加熱効
果が悪く、空気流路を延長しても製作費や動力費
が高くつく割りに熱回収の効率が上らず、更に燃
焼室の後部においては燃焼空気が不足し、燃料を
不完全燃焼させて、煤やタールを発生させるだけ
でなく燃料の燃え残りを生じさせる問題点があつ

り、製作費が安くて、熱回収率が高く、燃料の燃
え残りのない完全燃焼が行われる木材等を燃料と

の熱交換室17の適所に設けた温風送出口19
と、前記覆筒14の一側に設けて前記風道15へ
送風する送風機16とを備えさせた構成の木材等

るので、燃焼開始に伴い送風機16を運転して風
道15へ空気を吹込むと、空気は二手に分かれて
燃焼室1の周面に沿つて流動し、この間に風道1

撹乱して乱流とし、全体の空気が燃焼室1に直接
接触して熱伝動を受ける様にするため、空気は風

を受けて熱交換室17に上昇し、熱交換器9との
間の風道18を流動して燃焼ガスにより加熱さ
れ、暖房に適した温風になると送出口19から温
室、ビニールハウス等へ供給させるものであり、
一方熱交換器9に達した燃焼ガスは、熱交換器9
内が低流速で酸欠状態にあるため、混入する火の
