Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 分圧回路の複数を多段に接続し、最上段の分圧
回路に前記直流高電圧電源の出力電圧が印加され
、最下段の分圧回路から、分圧電圧を取り出すと
ともに、前記最下段の分圧回路に、コンデンサと
直列に第１の開閉要素を挿入してなる分圧器と、 前記第１の開閉要素をオンすることにより得ら
れるドリフト電圧に相当するう電圧に基づいて、
前記直流電圧のドリフトを補正する補正回路と、 前記第１の開閉要素をオフすることにより得ら
れるリツプル電圧に相当する電圧を入力電圧とし
、これを基準電圧と比較する比較器と、 前記比較器の入力電圧と基準電圧との差が所定
値以外のときに、前記直流高電圧のリツプルを補
正する補正回路と、 ドリフトの補正状態からリツプルの補正状態に
切り換えるときに、前記第１の開閉要素をオフと
する以前に、前記比較器の入力電圧として基準電
圧を印加するための、緩慢に切り換え動作する第
２の開閉要素とを備えた 直流高電圧電源用制御装置。
