Claims (1)
- 被洗浄気体に向けて洗浄液をスプレーするスプ
レーノズル８と、該スプレーノズル８からスプレ
ーされて落下した洗浄液を貯留する貯留槽１１と
、該貯留槽１１の洗浄液を前記スプレーノズル８
に供給する循環手段１７とを備えた気体洗浄装置
において、前記スプレーノズル８へ供給される洗
浄液の一部を前記貯留槽１１の洗浄液中へ噴出し
該洗浄液を撹拌するようにしたことを特徴とする
気体洗浄装置。
