ナ金型の内圧抜き機構の一実施例を示す図面であ
り、第１図はマニホールド内の圧力を降下させた
ときの状態を示す射出成形機の要部拡大断面図、
第２図は射出成形機の全体を示す正面図である。
第３図ａ、第３図ｂ、及び第３図ｃは、従来のホ
ツトランナ金型の内圧抜き機構を示す断面図であ
り、第３図ａはシリンダノズルタイプのホツトラ
ンナ金型内圧抜き機構を示す要部断面図、第３図
ｂはニードル弁タイプのホツトランナ金型内圧抜
き機構を示す要部断面図、第３図ｃはボールタイ
プのホツトランナ金型内圧抜き機構を示す要部断
面図である。 １６……金型、１７……ノズル、１７ａ……ピ
ストン部、１７ｂ……端面、１８……スプールブ

Claims (1)
- 先端部の外径を細くし、延長したピストン部を
有すると共に、該ピストン部の端面を球面状に形
成して、前進・後退可能なノズルと、該ノズルの
前記ピストン部に嵌挿すると共に前記端面に合致
する段差面を有するシリンダ部を形成したスプー
ルブツシユとを具備したことを特徴とするホツト
ランナ金型の内圧抜き機構。
