Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 射出成形機の加熱筒内に挿嵌したスクリユウの
先端に設けたスクリユウヘツド中間部に小径部を
設け、該小径部の前端段部に複数の溝を放射状に
穿設し、前記小径部の外周に沿つて樹脂流路を形
成するリングバルブを前記小径部に挿通させ、 前記リングバルブが小径部前端の位置にあると
きの後方の隙間および前記複数の溝は、前記スク
リユウのリード部の樹脂流路の断面積より大きく
形成され、前記溝はまた、前記隙間の樹脂の流れ
方向の断面積より小さく形成されていることを特
徴とするスクリユウヘツド装置。
