Therefore, by placing this rarely operated switch in a recess in the housing and covering the recess with a door that is flush with the panel surface, the panel surface is avoided from being cluttered and the exterior appearance is improved. A structure is adopted that improves performance and prevents malfunctions.

The reason why the pins 5 are both provided inside the panel surfaces 22, 12 is to prevent the pivot portion of the door plate 4 from protruding onto the panel surfaces 22, 12 and spoiling the appearance of the device.

In order to avoid interference with the edges 23 and 13, it is essential to provide a slight gap C between the edges 23 and 13, which has the drawback of impairing the appearance of the device. Furthermore, in the one shown in FIG. 11, in order to prevent a gap from forming between the door plate 2 and the main body 1, it is necessary to increase the dimensional accuracy of the arm 51 and the positional accuracy of the pin 5, which has the disadvantage of increasing manufacturing costs. There is. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned manufacturing, especially in the structure shown in FIG. 11, it is necessary to form the pin 5 in the recess 3, so whether the pin is integrally molded with the main body 1 or implanted separately, it is difficult to manufacture. The problem was that it became complicated.

The object of the present invention is to provide a structure that does not create gaps between the panels, does not create projections or recesses on the panel surface due to the constituent members of the pivot mechanism, and allows the door plate to be opened and closed smoothly.

An opening 34 through which the arm member 25 formed on the door plate 2 is inserted is formed adjacent to the side edge 13 that abuts the base edge 23 of the door plate, and the arm member 25 formed on the door plate 2 is inserted into the opening 34 . A rib 15 is formed extending from the back surface of the bottom plate 31 to the back surface of the adjacent main body panel 11, and this rib 15 has an inner edge 18 that engages with the engaging protrusion 27 at the tip of the arm member, and the inner edge of the main body panel The arcuate edge 19 is connected to the arcuate edge 19.

A boundary line k is determined based on the condition that the abutting surface a does not interfere with the opening and closing of the door, and a boundary line l is determined based on the condition that the back surface of the door plate does not interfere with the bottom surface of the recess (protrusion 32 in the case of the figure). The boundary line m is determined based on the condition that the fitting surface b between the leading edge of the door plate and the edge of the recess opposite thereto will not interfere with each other during opening and closing, and the condition is determined based on the condition that the arcuate edge 19 can be substantially formed. This means that it is located in a region R surrounded by a boundary line n. Here, the boundary line k is a line drawn from the outer end s of the abutment surface a at right angles to the abutment surface, and the boundary line 1
is a line drawn from the inner end t of the abutting surface a perpendicular to the panel surface, the boundary line m is a line drawn from the inner end u of the fitting surface b at right angles to the fitting surface, and the boundary line n is the line drawn from the inner end t of the mating surface b at right angles to the fitting surface. This is a line drawn inclined toward the recess 3 from the contact point v between the tip of the main body panel and the back surface of the main body panel.

There is no problem in practice even if the center P1 of the arcuate edge 19 and the center P2 of the arcuate edge 29
There is no practical problem even if they do not match. Furthermore, the portions of the arcuate edges 19, 29 beyond the vicinity of the connecting portions with the main body panel 11 or the door plate 2 are shaped lower than the above-mentioned shape, so that there is an appropriate play gap between the door plate 2 and the main body 1 when the door is opened. It can be a structure that occurs.

A force is generated that moves the proximal edge 23 of the plate in the direction of the edge 13 of the recess, so that the door plate 2 is closed with the proximal edge 23 and the edge 13 in close contact.

The opening and closing operations are not hindered by the entry, and the door plate 2 can be opened and closed smoothly.

きるという種々の効果がある。-Effects of the Invention- According to the structure of the present invention explained above, firstly, the door support mechanism can be integrated with the door plate and the casing body without complicating the molding die, and this can be assembled. By combining them together, rotational support for the door plate can be constructed, and a structure is created in which no protrusions or recesses are created on the outer surface of the second door plate or the main body panel to support the door plate. It is possible to create a structure in which no gap is created between the door plate and the main body panel in the closed state, and the support mechanism for the fourth door plate can be configured compactly, and the recess provided in the main body panel can be made shallow. Therefore, wasteful dead space can be avoided within the housing, fifthly, the door plate can be opened and closed smoothly, and sixthly, the dimensions of the support member do not require very strict precision, which is advantageous in the first aspect. Together with the above effects, there are various effects such as the ability to significantly reduce the manufacturing cost of the casing.
