Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 用紙を給送ローラに当接させてセツトする給紙
台と、前記給送ローラにより給送されてきた前記
用紙を現像部へと送り込む上下一対のローラと、
前記給送ローラと前記上下一対のローラとの間の
用紙搬送路の上下にペーパガイドと、前記用紙搬
送路の前記上下一対のローラまでに用紙幅検出手
段と、を備える給送装置において、 前記給送ローラ直前に用紙有無検出手段を設け
るとともに、 前記用紙の前記上下一対のローラ到達後に給送
ローラのみを所定時間回転させる給送手段と、 前記給送手段による用紙給送後前記用紙有無検
出手段の検出結果と、前記用紙幅検出手段の検出
結果とに基づいて、用紙のサイズを判別する判別
手段と、 を設けたことを特徴とする用紙サイズ検出装置。
