In addition, in the case of small cracks or small recesses such as conduit grooves, the sealing paint is applied several times using a reverse coater or knife coater, followed by drying and sanding each time. Furthermore, when wiping the conduit grooves, colored paint is applied to the entire surface of the plywood with a sponge roll, and a metal reverse roll is used to scrape off excess paint on the surface with a rubber roll while rubbing the colored paint into the conduit grooves. I'm here.

In addition, when using a reverse coater or knife coater, the number of these coating machines, dryers, and sanders is required depending on the number of coating repetitions.
As a result, the equipment became larger and the equipment cost increased. Furthermore, when using a reverse coater, it is impossible to rub the paint into small recesses, and the paint may be applied with air sealed inside the recesses, in which case sanding may cause the recesses to be refilled. Sometimes it opened. Therefore, with the conventional method using a reverse coater, complete sealing was not possible, and even with wiping, the paint adhered to each conduit groove unevenly, resulting in uneven coloring.

の製造コストを高める要因にもなつていた。 Moreover, in the conventional method, paint is applied to the entire surface of the plywood, some of the paint adhering to the smooth parts is scraped off with a blade, and then sanded again after drying, which reduces the amount of paint used. In many cases, this was extremely uneconomical, and this also became a factor in increasing the manufacturing cost of decorative plywood.

The present invention aims to provide an ideal method and device for press-fitting into recesses in plywood.

る。(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention advances the plywood in the vertical direction by pressing a nozzle having the same length as the width in the horizontal direction of the plywood surface. The paint is forced out onto the plywood surface through the extremely thin spout of the nozzle, which is now in a sealed state. As the plywood moves forward, the paint is press-fitted from the front end of the recess toward the rear end while expelling the air within the recess. In addition, the device used for press-fitting paint into the recesses of plywood used in this method has a nozzle on the receiving roller with an extremely thin jet nozzle at the bottom end of which has the same length as the width of the plywood, and one end of the nozzle. A paint inlet is provided at the other end, and an outlet is provided at the other end, and the inlet and outlet are connected by a circular pipe with a pressure pump and a paint tank interposed therebetween.

The interval is appropriate. That is, if it is less than 1 mm, clogging is likely to occur due to dust, and if it is more than 3 mm, the effect of pushing the paint into the recess is reduced. In addition, the pressure applied by the spout to the plywood surface should be such that the paint does not remain on the smooth surface of the plywood other than the recesses.

5, small diameter portions 14a, 15a are formed at intervals. Further, both ends of the presser roller 15 are connected to the nozzle 2.
Similarly to the above case, both ends are supported by the machine frame 3 so as to be able to rise and fall freely, and a pair of left and right air cylinders 16 rods for adjusting the gap with the feed roller 14 are connected. Reference numeral 17 designates a plurality of belt conveyors disposed behind the feed roller 14, and above which a plate presser free roller 18 is disposed.
Reference numeral 19 indicates side support guides for the plywood 6 disposed on both left and right sides of the belt conveyor 17, and reference numeral 20 indicates small diameter portions 14a and 15a of the feed roller 14 and presser roller 15.
This is a pair of upper and lower guide plates for preventing overlapping transfer of the plywood 6 passed through the gap, the front end of which faces the rear side between the receiving roller 1 and the nozzle 2, and the rear end facing between the belt conveyor 17. There is. Further, the upper guide plate 20 is held by a hanging rod 21. In addition, numeral 22 is a belt conveyor for carrying out, 23 is a drive motor for the receiving roller 1 and the sending roller 14,
24 is a crack formed on the surface of the plywood 6, and 25 is a conduit groove.

and the nozzle 2. At this time, the spout 7 of the nozzle 2 is pressed against the surface of the plywood 6 with a pressure of 300 kg by the left and right air cylinders 4, 4, and is sealed by the surface of the plywood 6. As shown in FIG. 4, the filler that has been pressed onto the surface is press-fitted from the front end to the rear end while expelling the cracks 24 and the air in the conduit grooves 25 backward as the plywood 6 advances, causing it to bulge. It fills the state.

If the cracks 24 are dried by a conventional method, the paint inside the conduit groove 25 will shrink and the surface will be almost the same as the smooth surface of the plywood, or it will be slightly raised. By sanding, the filler slightly adhered to the smooth surface and the filler slightly protruding from the cracks 24 and conduit grooves 25 are removed, resulting in a smooth surface.

Generally, the viscosity is low and the fluidity is high, so it is not filled so as to rise above the conduit groove 25 like a filler.

確信する。(Effects) As detailed above, the method and device for press-fitting paint into recesses on the surface of plywood according to the present invention press-fits a nozzle having a spout having the same length as the width of plywood onto the plywood. This method moves the paint in the vertical direction, that is, perpendicular to the nozzle, and presses the paint from the spout onto the plywood surface while removing cracks and expelling air in the conduit grooves, so air is trapped in the recesses. Moreover, the paint can be accurately press-fitted regardless of the size, depth, or shape of the recess. In addition, since crack repair, sealing, and wiping are completed in one press-fitting process, drying and sanding only need to be done once, which simplifies equipment and shortens work time. It is economical since only a small amount of paint is used, and we are confident that it will have a great effect on the production of decorative plywood.
