In the method shown in Fig. 1, an object 2 to be adhered is placed on an anvil 1 made of metal such as brass, and a mark sheet 3 made of thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride is placed on top of the object 2, and the overlap is marked from above. Shape recess 4A
The protruding blade parts 4a to 4c are formed on the marking sheet 3 by pressing and heating them with a cutting die 4 made of metal such as brass, in which the protruding blade parts 4a to 4c, etc. are formed on the contours of ~4C, etc. As a result, the mark-shaped concave portions 4A to 4C, etc. are pulled out from the mark sheet 3, and the separated portions are welded to the adherend 2 using the contour portions held by the protruding blade portions 4a to 4c, etc. This is a method of forcing them. In addition, the anvil 1 is also heated together with the cutting die 4, and in addition to the heater, high-frequency induction heating, or
High frequency induction heating is also utilized using the cutting die 4 and anvil 1 as electrodes.

This method requires a lot of work to manufacture the cutting die, making the cutting die expensive. Furthermore, it is not possible to use shapes such as fibrous lines in the mark shape, and welding occurs mostly only on the outline of the mark shape. Because it is done in
If the welding of the outline part comes off even in one place, an opening will open between the welded part and the object to be adhered, and the adjacent welded part will also come off easily, reducing the durability of the bonding. If you want to change the color, you will need cutting dies for each color and the associated cutting and welding work, which will be very costly. If you want to create a difference in wall thickness between multiple marks in a row, or if you want to use different colors. Similarly, there are problems such as high cost and the fact that it is not possible to provide such a large difference in wall thickness.

In order to solve the problems in the conventional methods, the present inventor first filled the recesses of an intaglio plate having mark-shaped recesses with a thermoplastic resin solution, paste, or powder, and then heated the intaglio plate. By doing this, the filled resin is brought into a state in which the solvent has almost disappeared or in which welding has occurred between the powders, and the object to be adhered is placed on the intaglio, pressed from above with a pressure plate, and the pressed state is heated. Therefore, we invented a method for welding the thermoplastic resin in the intaglio recesses to the object to be adhered. According to this method, all of the problems in the conventional method described above can be solved.

Furthermore, in the conventional method of attaching thermoplastic resin marks, when marking both sides of an object, it was necessary to repeat the bonding process twice for each side, but with the above-mentioned invention, the bonding process can be repeated once. We have discovered that it is possible to mark both sides at the same time during the adhesion process.

<Object of the invention> The present invention was made by focusing on the fact that the resin does not easily fall off even when the intaglio plate filled with resin and heated in the above-mentioned invention faces down with the resin filled side. Marks can be placed on both sides of an object at the same time, the equipment is inexpensive, and the welding is performed on the entire surface of the mark shape, resulting in excellent durability. The present invention provides a method for welding thermoplastic resin marks, which allows marks arranged in a row to be easily attached.

<Structure of the Invention> The present invention involves filling the recesses of an intaglio plate having mark-shaped recesses with a thermoplastic resin solution, paste, or powder, and then heating the intaglio plate to leave the filled resin in a state in which the solvent is substantially removed. Alternatively, the thermoplastic resin is applied to both sides of the adhesive sheet by sandwiching and pressing the sheet to be adhered using two of the obtained resin-filled intaglios and heating the pressed state. The present invention is a method for attaching a thermoplastic resin mark by welding a thermoplastic resin mark, and this structure achieves the above object.

The intaglio plate 5 in FIG. 2 has a mark-shaped recess 5a on the surface.
5c, etc., and a metal substrate 5M is provided on the back surface of the silicone resin sheet 5S by adhesive or other means, and such an intaglio plate has a mark-shaped recess 5.
It has the advantage that formations such as a to 5c can be easily made. However, the intaglio plate used in the present invention is not limited to this, and may be one in which mark-shaped recesses are provided on the surface of a metal plate by means such as grinding or etching.

Two intaglio plates 5 as described above are prepared, one for the front side and one for the back side, and a solution of thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride is added to the concave portions 5a to 5c of the intaglio plates 5, if necessary, with an appropriate coloring agent. Paste or powder6
is injected as shown in FIG. 3, and then the excess solution or paste or powder 6 is scraped off with a scraper 7 as shown in FIG. The intaglio plate 5 whose recesses 5a to 5c etc. have been filled with resin in this way is heated with a heater or the like, and the solution, paste or powder 6 is left in a state where most of the solvent has been removed or where there is no welding between the powders. bring about a state of occurrence. The object to be bonded 2 is sandwiched and pressed between the two heated intaglio plates 5, and resin marks are simultaneously bonded to both surfaces of the object to be bonded by heating the sandwiched state.

Figure 5 shows the metal substrates 5M of the upper and lower intaglio plates 5 that are clamped.
Although an example is shown in which heating is performed by applying a high frequency voltage between them, the present invention is not limited to this, and heating may be performed using a resistance wire heating element, an infrared heater, or the like. Further, the intaglio is made up of only the portion corresponding to the silicone resin sheet 5S in the intaglio 5 in FIG.
The part corresponding to the metal substrate 5M is used as the upper and lower pressure plates of a hot press machine, and the intaglio, the object to be adhered, and the intaglio are placed one on top of the other in order on the lower pressure plate, and then the upper pressure plate is placed on top of the intaglio and then heated. It's okay.

<Effects of the Invention> According to the method of the present invention, a device such as an intaglio plate can be easily obtained at a low cost, thermoplastic resin marks can be adhered to both sides of the object at the same time, and the marks on both sides are crushed. There is no problem, the positions can be the same even if they are shifted from each other, and the adhesive is applied all over the surface, making it durable. Marks etc. can be easily attached.

In addition, when attaching thermoplastic resin marks to both sides using the conventional method or the method previously invented by the present inventor, it is difficult to attach the marks at the same position on both sides, so the positions must be shifted. Furthermore, there was a problem in that the marks adhered first were easily crushed in the subsequent mark adhesion process.
