As described in the publication, antibacterial zeolite particles are added to a thermoplastic resin in a proportion of 0.1 to 5% by weight, mixed by stirring to almost uniformly distribute the mixture, and extrusion molded into a sheet. This is a manufacturing method to make it into a shape. In addition, as described in another conventional method for producing an antibacterial sheet I/i in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 64-5837, the antibacterial zeolite particles 25 and the resin are stirred so that they are almost uniform. This is a method for producing a carbon resistant laminated sheet, in which the produced film layer 22, synthetic resin layer 23, and support layer 24 are laminated.

Since the antibacterial zeolite particles 25 are almost uniformly present in the film layer 22 (shown in Figure 5), even an antibacterial sheet containing a considerable amount of antibacterial zeolite particles will not come into contact with the object (food). Since there is only a small amount of antibacterial zeolite on the surface of the sheet or film, and the antibacterial zeolite particles inside the sheet or film cannot exhibit antibacterial activity, the amount of antibacterial zeolite particles contained in the sheet or film is It has the disadvantage that the antibacterial effect is too small, and if a sheet or film contains a large amount of antibacterial zeolite particles, the antibacterial zeolite is expensive, so although the antibacterial effect is good, the antibacterial sheet becomes expensive. There was a drawback.

It is said that the substituted metal ions, especially silver ions, have antibacterial properties by inhibiting the activity of bacteria (microorganisms), and silver ions have generally been used in various ways for antibacterial properties since ancient times.

方法である。In this invention, a synthetic resin coating layer is applied to one surface of a single sheet or a laminate sheet of metal foil, paper, or synthetic resin, and antibacterial zeolite particles are sprinkled on the synthetic resin coating layer in a semi-dry state. This is a method for producing an antibacterial sheet in which the antibacterial zeolite particles are fixed on one surface of the sheet by drying.

The particle size is 0.7 on top of the coating layer.
Antibacterial zeolite particles can be easily fixed to one surface of the sheet by a simple operation of sprinkling antibacterial zeolite particles with a size of about 1.2 μm to 1.2 μm.

性シートを造ることができる。Effects of the Invention This invention applies a liquid synthetic resin coating layer to one surface of a single sheet or a composite sheet of metal foil, paper, or synthetic resin, and prevents the synthetic resin coating layer coated with K from solidifying. Antibacterial zeolite particles were sprinkled on the sheet when it was semi-dry, then dried and the antibacterial zeolite particles were fixed on one surface of the sheet. The conventional synthetic resin and antibacterial zeolite particles were then stirred to make them almost uniform. It is easier to make an antibacterial sheet than mixing it into a sheet or film layer, and since the amount of antibacterial zeolite particles used during manufacturing is small, it is possible to make an antibacterial sheet at a low cost. can be built.
