Abstract

PURPOSE:To apply a lettering printing to a body of a car or the like in an efficient manner by a method wherein some sheets of simili paper are inter leaved between thick paper, a character pattern, and image pattern, or the like is cut from the thick paper to form a paper stencil, and the paper stencil is brought into close contact with the surface of a silk screen to produce an original printing plate. CONSTITUTION:For example, approximately 50 sheets of simili paper are inter leaved between thick paper in overlapped states. A character pattern to be printed is cut using a power saw to form a paper stencil 3. The paper stencil 3 is interleaved between a silk screen 1 set on a wood frame 2 and an ink absorber 4, such as newspaper. An oil paint is applied on the surface of the silk screen 1 using a rubber spatula or the like, whereby the paper stencil 3 is brought to close contact with the surface of the silk screen 1. In this manner, an original printing plate 5 is produced. The original printing plate 5 is applied to a surface to be printed, and an oil paint is uniformly applied to the surface of the silk screen 1. In this manner, a lettering printing is applied to the surface to be printed.

However, when writing different characters on multiple printing surfaces,
As shown in FIG. 6, a special film 7 with character shapes cut out one by one is inserted into each of the wooden frames 2 with a silk net 1 pasted on the surface thereof, and the printing original plate 5 is prepared by pasting the film 7 with a solvent. So-called lettering printing was performed in which a rubber spatula or the like was used to apply paint to the printing surface and then print on the printing surface.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to solve the above problem, as a result of many years of intensive study, we have found that one or more imitation papers are sandwiched between the cardboard sheets, and the desired characters are drawn from the top of the cardboard. One or more stencils are made by cutting out shapes, patterns, etc., and one of the stencils is sandwiched between the silk net of a frame with a silk net stretched over its surface and the ink adsorbent, and then placed on the silk net. This paper proposes a lettering printing method in which a printing original plate is prepared by applying paint to bring the paper pattern into close contact with the surface of a silk screen, and the printing original plate is used to perform lettering printing on the surface to be printed.

(Function) That is, according to the present invention, if a paper pattern made of imitation paper is sandwiched between the silk net of the frame and newspaper, etc., and paint is applied over the silk net with a rubber spatula, the pattern will be made of silk net. It comes into close contact with the surface, and a printing original plate is produced.

This paper pattern 3 is interposed between a silk net 1 of a wooden frame 2 and an ink adsorbent 4 such as newspaper, and paint is applied from the surface of the silk net with a rubber spatula or the like to bring the pattern 3 into close contact with the surface of the silk net 1. In this way, a printing original plate 5 is produced.

In addition, when lettering printing other characters on the printing surface, peel off the pattern 3 from one side of the silk screen, place the pattern 3 of the corresponding letter shape on the first side of the silk screen in the same way as above, and then press the printing original plate 5. You can create one and use it to print lettering.

In addition, when lettering is to be printed on a place where it is difficult to hold down the original printing plate 5, such as the body of a large vehicle, it is recommended to attach magnetic tape 6 to the surface of the wooden frame 2 so that it can be held down by hand when applying the paint. You can work efficiently without any hassle.

(Effects of the Invention) In summary, according to the present invention, since it is possible to prepare a printing original plate using a paper pattern in which a series of characters are cut out from imitation paper, lettering printing can be carried out efficiently. When lettering a name consisting of 80 cm square letters, other conventional methods required several craftsmen to print several frames in a day, but with the method of this invention, only one person could print the name. This makes it possible to finish 20 to 30 units.

Furthermore, in the conventional method, an expensive film specially designed for cutting out the character-shaped original plate is used, and the original character-shaped original plate needs to be manufactured each time the size and type of characters change. Since more than 50 patterns can be made simultaneously using paper, printing costs can be extremely reduced.
