However, the known automatic thread cutting device has a complicated structure and operation, and cuts the thread by driving a movable blade against a fixed blade so as to press the fed-out thread between the fixed and movable blades. For this reason, one of the opposing blades that moves like scissors is fixed and only the other is movable, which has the advantage of determining the thread cutting position, but depending on the type of thread, the thread may slip between the two blades and cut securely. There are some things that cannot be done, and since the thread is cut at a position away from the thread insertion hole in the throat plate, the thread end is at most about 7 mm short. Therefore, even if automatic thread cutting is performed, a work step is required to cut off the excess thread end with scissors after embroidery.

うにすることを目的とする。 The present invention cuts by swinging two opposing cutters toward and away from each other and with different swing amounts, and by cutting directly below or near the throat plate, the length of the cut thread end is 2 to 3 mm. The object of the present invention is to make it as close as possible and to eliminate the work of aligning thread ends with scissors after embroidery is completed.

The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above-mentioned object.A hook that always swings ahead of one movable blade is fixed coaxially with one movable blade, and a pin provided on this movable blade is connected to the other movable blade. It is inserted into a long hole formed in the movable blade, and both movable blades are uncoupled within the permissible angle range through this long hole and pin, and the time difference between the pins moving in the long hole is set. The gist is that the two movable blades are connected in a swinging manner, and that two opposing movable blades are swinged toward and away from each other by rotation of the shaft to cut the thread. In addition, a hook is rotatably fixed integrally or coaxially so that it always swings ahead of one movable blade, and the other movable blade facing this movable blade is pivoted coaxially with the shaft. are vertically disposed on the lower surface of the throat plate, and the movable blades are synchronized and oscillated in the approaching and separating directions with different amounts of oscillation, thereby cutting the thread at a position below the needle hole of the throat plate.

A hook that always swings ahead of one movable blade is fixed coaxially with one movable blade, and this movable blade and the other movable blade are connected through a pin and an elongated hole with a time difference within an allowable angle range. The two movable blades are movably connected in an unconnected state, and the two opposing movable blades are swung toward and away from each other by rotation of the shaft to cut the thread, thereby ensuring reliable thread cutting. The yarn end length can be made as short as possible.

In the case of a single-turn hook, the needle rotates once per one stroke of the hook, and in the case of a double-turn hook, it rotates twice in the same manner. The outer hook 3 is fixed to the tip of the hook shaft 2, and rotates together with the hook shaft 2. The inner hook 4 is fitted into the outer hook 3 so as to be movable. Although not shown in the drawings, a bobbin on which a bobbin thread is wound is provided inside the inner hook 4 so that it can be attached and detached via a bobbin case. The inner pot is always supported so that it remains stationary even when the pot rotates together with the hook shaft.

の如く作用する。 The two movable blades 8 and 9 are slidably stacked on top of each other in vertical positions, and the base end side of one of the lower movable blades 8 is fixed to the upper end of a shaft 13 supported by a bearing 1B of the lower main body block 1. A drive rod 15 is locked to a lever 14 protruding from the lower end of this shaft 13, and by moving the rod 15 forward and backward, the lever 14 and the shaft 13 are moved.
The other upper movable blade 9 is disposed at the upper end of this shaft 13, and the base end thereof is connected to the lower body block 1 by a shaft 16. The two movable blades 8 and 9, which overlap each other vertically, are arranged in a V-shape so that the shaft 13 is the intersection point of the two movable blades, and are movable toward and away from each other. Then, the upper and lower movable blades 8 and 9 that face each other in a V-shape are slid toward and away from each other. The blades are cut so that their blade portions intersect with each other at a position almost directly below the insertion hole 6a. The base end of the upper movable blade 9 is slidably supported by the shaft 16 toward the lower block as described above. Therefore, even though the upper movable blade 9 and the lower movable blade 8 have different pivot axes, they act like scissors.

る。 Further, a hook 7 is provided at the upper end of the shaft 13 and adjacent to the lower position of the lower movable blade 8, and is fixed to the lower movable blade 8 so as to form a V-shape at a fixed angle, that is, a predetermined angle. The thread insertion hole 6a of the throat plate is positioned on the swing locus of the hook 7, and a thread hooking notch 7a is formed to ensure that the thread is hooked. The upper movable blade 9 is not connected to the shaft 13, but the lower movable blade 8 and the upper movable blade 9 are inserted into the oblong hole 9H drilled in the upper movable blade 9. する位置で糸は切断される。 Furthermore, this oval hole 9H allows the shaft 13 to rotate, and even if one of the lower movable blades 8 fixed thereto swings, the other upper movable blade 9 remains stationary, and the shaft 1
Even if the thread passed through the throat plate is hooked on the hook 7 fixed to the hook 3 and fed out toward the stopped upper movable blade, the thread will not come into contact with the upper movable blade 9, and the thread will not touch the upper movable blade 9. When the thread is let out for the required length by the rotation of the hook 13, the upper movable blade 9 begins to swing due to the action of the hole 9H and the pin 15P, and swings in the direction toward the lower movable blade 8. There is. The thread is then cut at the position where the blade portions of both the upper and lower movable blades 8 and 9 intersect.

3 rotates. First, the lower movable blade 8 swings in a direction toward the yarn. At this time, the hook 7 fixed to the shaft 13 also swings at the same time. Since this hook 7 has a V-shape at a predetermined angle with respect to the lower movable blade 8, the hook 7 always comes first. The thread is hooked onto the hook 7 and let out to the required length for cutting. When the lower movable blade 8 swings to a predetermined angle, the pin 15P comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the hole 9H, and further swinging of the lower movable blade 8 causes the pin 15P to come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the hole 9H.
P will push the upper movable blade 9 that faces this through the hole circumferential surface. At this time, the pin 15P moves in the same direction as the lower movable blade 8 around the shaft 13, but the other upper movable blade 9 moves toward the shaft 16 at a position away from the shaft 13.
The upper movable blade 9 is pivotally connected to the lower movable blade 8.
It will swing in opposite directions. As a result, the opposing upper and lower movable blades 8 and 9 swing in the direction toward each other, and cut the thread that is hooked by the hook and let out by sandwiching the thread between them. At this time, the lower movable blade 8 always swings in advance of the upper movable blade 9, the swing angle is large, and the intersection of both blades is placed directly below the needle hole in the throat plate or close to it. The yarn can be cut reliably, and the length of the cut yarn end can be made as short as possible, which was not possible with conventional cutting positions.
