用手順を説明するための側断面図である。第４図
イ，ロは従来一般の装入装置を備えた真空炉の一

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 底部にワークを出し入れするための開口部を有
    する真空を保持可能な炉体と、炉体に対して昇降
    して前記開口部を開閉する炉蓋と、前記炉蓋の上
    部側に水平かつ間隔をおいて互いに平行に延在す
    るように設けられた複数のハースと、それらハー
    ス上にワークを受け渡すためのローダを具備して
    なる真空炉であつて、前記ローダは、前記炉体の
    下方において前記ハースと平行は方向に走行して
    炉体に離接可能な台車と、その台車上に設けられ
    て複数のワークを載置し得るとともにワークを台
    車の走行方向に移動させ得るコンベアとからなり
    、そのコンベアは、水平かつ間隔をおいて互いに
    平行に延在するように設けられた複数のフオーク
    と、それらフオークのそれぞれに設けられたワー
    ク移送手段から構成され、前記各フオークは前記
    各ハース相互間に進入し得るとともに、それらハ
    ースは各フオーク相互間を通過して昇降可能とさ
    れてなることを特徴とする真空炉。
