- それぞれ温度係数の異なる第１および第２の発
振回路、少なくともワンパルス発生回路および分
周回路とで構成され、前記第１の発振回路の発振
パルス信号を入力とし、少なくとも２つの制御パ
ルス信号を出力する制御パルス発生回路、および
前記制御パルス信号により制御され、前記第２の
発振回路の発振パルス信号を計数するカウンタか
らなる温度検出回路。
