The heat is dissipated from the casing of the roaster chamber 4, and the top plate 2 above the roaster chamber 4 becomes particularly hot, causing thermal distortion and the risk of burns. In addition, the inside of the main body 1 is also heated, requiring a heat shield plate for insulating the heat amount regulator and an excessive amount of installation space to reduce the temperature. Furthermore, when cooking in the roaster chamber 4, the food to be cooked is taken in and out through the front door 5, and the top plate 2 and the top of the kitchen sink are usually installed at approximately the same height, and the stove is not used for cooking. The ideal height for cooking with a heater (usually 80 to 85 cm) is the ideal height, but the position of the front door 5 is lower than this, which is inconvenient for cooking operations. In addition, although the inner surface of the roaster chamber 4 is cleaned by inserting one's hand, it is difficult to clean and care for, and as the roaster chamber 4 is used over and over again, the dirt increases, resulting in a foul odor from the fish oil and other substances attached. Furthermore, it is difficult to visually check the doneness of the food in the roaster chamber 4, resulting in failures such as over-burning of the food.

An opening is formed in the plate, and a metal fitting for rotatably supporting the roaster heater is provided under the top plate near the bottom of this opening to rotatably attach the roaster heater, and a rectangular cylindrical roaster casing is installed in the opening. A roaster heater is placed in a horizontal state within the roaster housing, and a grill grate is placed at the upper end opening of the roaster housing, and the roaster has an upper opening larger than the lower end opening of the roaster housing and a juice reservoir. A juice pan is removably installed on the back plate below the roaster casing in the main body, and with the grill grate removed and the roaster heater rotated upward, the roaster casing and the juice pan are inserted into the opening of the top plate. It can be attached and detached from the section.

Furthermore, the heat of the roaster heater rises together with the radiant heat as air is taken in from the lower end opening of the roaster housing, thereby heating the food to be cooked. The juice tray placed below the roaster housing can be taken out after removing the grill and roaster housing by rotating the roaster heater. As described above, the heat generated by the roaster heater is effectively transmitted to the food on the grill, reducing the temperature rise within the roaster body due to radiant heat from the roaster housing.

The air is discharged above the main body 35 through the air passage 7 flowing inside the main body 35, so that the temperature inside the main body 35 does not rise and the upper top plate 11 does not undergo thermal distortion. Grill 2
Cooking juice 47 adhering to the roaster housing 17 due to cooking on the roaster 9 falls into the soup saucer 31 from the lower end. For cleaning and maintenance after cooking, first remove the grill 29, then rotate the roaster heater 14 upwards, then open the roaster casing 17 and then the soup saucer 31 through the opening 12 of the top plate 11. It can be taken out. The cooking juices and water accumulated in the soup pan 31 accumulate in the soup pan 33 when the soup pan 31 is removed by lifting the opposite side of the soup pan 33 at an angle as shown in FIG. It will not spill. The cooking condition is determined by the food to be cooked 48 on the grill 29, which is received at the upper opening of the roaster housing 17.
