Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 連続的に(1)本質的に相違する材料を二軸ス
クリユー配合押出機の中へ供給し、(2)前記材料
を熱可塑性エラストマー素材の中へ配合混練し、
そして(3)前記熱可塑性素材を、非多孔質の一体
の連続シートの形で、前記押出機から溶融状態で
押出すための装置であつて、 (A)二軸スクリユー配合タイプの動力押出手段
;(B)少なくとも約65重量%の充填剤を有する
多量に充填剤を添加された熱可塑性材料を構成す
る複数の本質的に相違する材料を前記押出手段に
連続的に送出する供給手段;及び(C)少なくとも
約1.35の凝集強さの値によつて規定された組
成物を有する前記本質的に相違する材料の均質な
溶融物を形成し、前記均質な溶融物を脱蔵し、前
記脱蔵された均質な溶融物をシート押出ダイの方
へ送り出し、そして有効な温度が前記動力押出手
段内で保持され、これによつて前記材料は凝固し
なく又は前記動力押出手段の停止を引き起さなく
てさらに前記熱可塑性エラストマー材料はその劣
化温度以下に保持されることを保証しながら、約
0.15以下の溶融強度を有するシート押出物と
して前記均質な溶融物を連続的に押出すための配
合混練手段;を含んでなる装置。 2 カーペツトとの連続的な積層に対するダイを
通しての多量に充填剤を添加した熱可塑性エラス
トマーバツキング材料のインラインシート押出の
ために、本質的に相違する材料を混練押出機の中
へ連続的に供給する装置であつて、配合混練型の
押出手段;及び前記本質的に相違する材料を前記
押出手段に調整された速度で連続的に送出する供
給手段を含んでなり、前記供給手段から前記本質
的に相違する材料を受けかつ前記本質的に相違す
る材料を混合するための前記押出手段は、前記材
料が前記溶融物を通して実質的に分散され、少な
くとも1.35の凝集強さを有する混合物を含む
ようなそれらの均質な溶融物を形成し、そして前
記材料を前記ダイを通してインラインで連続的に
押出し、これによつて前記カーペツトとの連続的
な積層のための押出物を形成する実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3 前記押出手段が、さらに前記脱蔵された溶融
物を前記シート押出ダイに送り出すための自滑性
ギヤーポンプ手段を含む実用新案登録請求の範囲
第2項記載の装置。 4 さらに、前記押出物をカーペツトの裏地に連
続的に積層するための引取手段を含んでなる実用

ールは連続的に前記押出物とカーペツトを接触し
て、前記カーペツトと押出物がニツプされる場合
に液体のたまりを形成することなく積層品を形成

記載の装置。 9 前記押出手段がさらに、前記材料がスターブ
フイードされる搬送部、前記材料を前記搬送部か
ら受け、前記材料を少なくとも約120℃の温度
に保持するミクシング部、前記均質溶融物を形成
するブレンデイング部、揮発分及び水分を除去す
る脱蔵部、及び前記材料を前記脱蔵部から受け、
前記押出物を計量するポンプ部を含み、前記材料
が少なくとも約65重量%の充填剤、約4〜15
重量%の熱可塑性エラストマー材料、及び有効量
の脂肪酸エステルを含み、前記供給手段がさらに
前記搬送部の付近に、有効量のプロセス油の前記
