図は側板６，７と波形ラジエター５を溶接した部
分の断面図、第２図は変圧器タンクの全体を示す
斜視図である。第３図は従来例を示し、波形ラジ
エター溶接部の部分断面図である。第４図は従来
構造の変圧器タンクに内圧が加わつた場合の波形
ラジエター溶接部の変形状態を示した部分断面図
である。 １，４……外側溶接部、２，３……内側溶接部
、５……波形ラジエター、６，７……側板。
図は側板６，７と波形ラジエター５を溶接した部
分の断面図、第２図は変圧器タンクの全体を示す
斜視図である。第３図は従来例を示し、波形ラジ
エター溶接部の部分断面図である。第４図は従来
構造の変圧器タンクに内圧が加わつた場合の波形
ラジエター溶接部の変形状態を示した部分断面図

Claims (1)
- 薄鋼板を折り曲げて波形に形成された複数個の
放熱フインを有する波形ラジエターと、上下に配
置した側板とで構成した変圧器タンクにおいて、
前記波形ラジエターと前記側板との重ね合せ部を
１０〜５０mmとし、重ね合せたそれぞれ端部を前
記変圧器タンクの内側と外側からそれぞれ溶接し
たことを特徴とする変圧器タンク。
