(Prior art) Generally, in this type of washing machine, the water supply is stopped at a set water level and the water flow is reversed by turning the motor ON and OFF to perform the rinsing operation, and the water injection is performed while water is being supplied while the rinsing operation is performed using the reverse water flow. You can choose between rinsing and rinsing as you like.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, the ON and OFF times of the motor were set at the same time for water injection rinsing and water rinsing. There was a problem that splashing occurred. When rinsing with water, the water level is higher and the amount of water is larger than during pre-rinsing, so the bath ratio (water volume/weight of laundry) increases, and even if you turn the motor on and off for the same amount of time as during pre-rinsing, the water flow will be lower than during pre-rinsing. This tendency tends to become stronger, especially when the load is light (for example, 2 to 3 shirts), and as the water level rises, water scatters out of the tank.

(Function) During water injection rinsing, the water level tends to rise and the bath ratio increases compared to during pre-rinsing, making the water flow stronger, but since the motor ON time is shortened, the strength of the water flow can be suppressed. Therefore, the problem that the water flow becomes extremely stronger than during rinsing and the water scatters outside the aquarium is eliminated. Moreover, it is no longer necessary to apply mechanical force to the laundry, and the damage to the fabric is reduced.

B indicates an external output section of the electronic control circuit 1. In this external output section B, 13 is a drain valve, 14 is a water supply valve that controls water supply into the tank, and 15 is a valve that rotates a pulsator during the washing and rinsing processes. A washing/drying motor generates a water flow, 16 is a display means equipped with a lighting diode corresponding to each process, and 17 is a buzzer. Each part of the external output section B is controlled to be energized by a switching element such as a thyristor.

The CPU 3 reads the status of each part in the external input section A via the input buffer control circuit 6, and also reads process data from the memory 5 to perform processes such as washing (including water supply), draining, rinsing, and dehydration. The out-buffer control circuit 7 determines the process and controls each part of the external output section B necessary for executing the process by giving a signal to the switching element from the out-buffer control circuit 7. The process transition is controlled by the CPU 3 and the electronic timer 2. It is done collaboratively.

In the above configuration, when the power switch 8 is turned on now, the predetermined standard course program shown in FIG. 3 is preset. The rinsing in this standard course is set to pre-rinse, and if a water pouring rinse is desired, the water pouring rinse can be set using the rinsing content setting key of the key input section 12. When the start key is pressed, washing, rinsing, and dehydration steps are sequentially executed according to the standard course program.

In the rinsing process, if you start the rinsing operation now,
As shown in the flowchart in Figure 1, first, the water supply valve 14 is turned on to start supplying water to the aquarium, and when the water level in the aquarium reaches the set water level, the water level switch 11 is turned on.
If the water supply valve 14 is turned on and pre-rinsing is set, the water supply valve 14 is turned off, the motor ON/OFF time is set to the pre-rinsing time, and the motor 15 is operated. For example, 2.0 seconds ON, 0.8
The motor 15 is reversely driven to the left and right at a cycle of OFF seconds to create a reverse water flow using a pulsator to perform the rinsing work.

On the other hand, when water injection rinsing is set, the water supply valve 14 is kept in the ON state, and the motor is turned ON.
The motor 15 is operated by setting the OFF time to a water injection rinsing time shorter than the pre-rinsing time. For example, motor 15 is turned on at a cycle of 1.5 seconds ON and 0.6 seconds OFF.
A pulsator is used to create a reversed water flow by reversing the water left and right. Therefore, water injection rinsing is performed by continuing water supply to the water tank and discharging waste water to the outside from the overflow port by using reverse water flow.
At this time, the water level in the water tank is higher than during rinsing, and the bath ratio increases, but the motor 15 is turned on and off.
Since the time is set shorter than during pre-rinsing, the strength of the water flow is suppressed, and the water flow will not become extremely strong than during pre-rinsing. Therefore, water is prevented from scattering outside the aquarium, and the fabric is less likely to be damaged by an excessively strong water flow.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the present invention as described above, it is possible to solve the problem that the water flow becomes too strong during rinsing and the water scatters outside the aquarium, and it is possible to reduce fabric damage.
It has this excellent effect.
