Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the use of nut runner in a narrow space and improve work efficiency by mounting a temporary bolt fixing member in a bolt insertion hole which is one of the members to be joined separately or forming it integrally. CONSTITUTION:A temporary fixing member 5A which forms a female screw 7 which engages which a male screw of bolt on the inner peripheral face of a ring having a cut section 6 as temporary fixing position is fixed into a bolt insertion hole 8 of a member 3 to be joined. A bolt is screwed in the temporary fixing member 5A by a nut runner and is further screwed in to match with the second member to be joined in order to tighten both members. Accordingly, the bolt can be fixed temporarily in previous process, thus eliminating a necessity of bolt supply device for the nut runner and improving work efficiency in a narrow space by using the nut runner.

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明はボルト仮止め装置に関するものであり、例えば
自動車の車体構成部材同士をボルト締めによって接合す
る際に、ナツトランナによるボルトの回転駆動に先立っ
て一方の接合対象部材にボルトを仮止めするための仮止
め装置に関するものである。

供給し、この後小型のナツトランナでボルトを回転駆動
して2個以上の構成部材を接合しなければならない。こ
れであると、作業能率が著しく低下するという欠点があ
り、その解決策が要望されていた。

付は前のボルト(2)とインナーパネル(4)との干渉
を排除するため、ボルト(2)のネジ込み方向の下方の
インナーパネル(4)の上側に座繰り部位(12)を形
成しておくことが望ましい。
