The present invention relates to a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet integrally molded with urethane foam, which has improved resistance to heat discoloration. Specifically, when producing an integrally molded product of a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet and urethane foam, a specific amount of a specific phosphite is used in the urethane foam formulation in which a tertiary amino compound is used as a urethanization reaction catalyst. The present invention relates to a polyurethane foam integrally molded product having improved heat discoloration resistance of the polyvinyl chloride sheet. Conventionally, methods for integrally molding a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet and a urethane foam to prevent thermal discoloration of the polyvinyl chloride sheet include using an organometallic salt-based compound as a urethanization reaction catalyst, or using a tertiary foam. By using a urethane foam that uses an extremely small amount of amino compounds, or by adding a large amount of heat resistance improver to the flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet, or by adding a large amount of heat resistance improver to the flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet, the discoloration is not visually noticeable even if it changes due to heat. A colored flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet is used. However, these methods have practical problems such as reduced moldability of the urethane foam, insufficient improvement in heat discoloration resistance, and disadvantages such as the inability to obtain integrally molded products with a wide variety of colors. It was hot. The present inventors have completed the present invention as a result of intensive research to solve these drawbacks. That is, in an integrally molded product of a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet and a urethane foam, the urethane foam uses a tertiary amino compound as a urethanization reaction catalyst, and

The flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet referred to in the present invention is a vinyl chloride copolymer obtained by copolymerizing one or more monomers such as vinyl chloride, ethylene, vinyl acetate, and acrylic ester, polyvinyl chloride, or Compounds such as vinyl chloride copolymer and urethane resin, or vinyl chloride graftomers grafted onto urethane resin, etc. may be added with phthalate ester plasticizers, adipate ester plasticizers, and epoxy as necessary. A flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet made of a compound containing polyvinyl chloride or other plasticizers, as well as vinyl chloride stabilizers, lubricants, colorants, etc., whether non-foamed or foamed. You can also use PVC leather, etc. The urethane foam formulation used in the present invention contains an organic polyhydroxy compound, an organic polyisocyanate compound, a tertiary amino compound as a urethanization reaction catalyst, and a general formula

[Formula] (R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are the same or different alkyl groups having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, allyl groups, or alkyl-substituted allyl groups having 1 to 8 carbon atoms; R 1 , R 2 and R 3 (at least two of which may be cyclic) include, for example, trimethylphosphite, triethylphosphite, methyldiphenylphosphite,
Included are triphenyl phosphite, tricresyl phosphite, dimethylcresyl phosphite, and mixtures thereof. As a foaming agent,
Generally, low-boiling halogenated hydrocarbons such as trichloromonofluoromethane methylene chloride and mixtures thereof are used as the water body. The mixing ratio of the organic polyhydroxy compound and the organic polyisocyanate is such that when water is used as a blowing agent, the ratio of hydroxy equivalent to isocyanate equivalent including water is 1:0.80 to 0.80.
A ratio of 1.30, preferably 1 to 0.90 to 1.10 is typical. It is also possible to use a part of the organic polyisocyanate in a prepolymerized state by reacting all of it with an organic polyhydroxy compound. The amount of the tertiary amino compound used as a urethanization reaction catalyst is 0.05 to 5% by weight, preferably 0.10 to 5% by weight of the urethane foam formulation.
If a urethanization reaction catalyst other than a tertiary amino compound is used at 3.0% by weight, it can be reduced according to the proportion. The above general formula The amount of phosphite used is from 0.05 to 10% by weight, preferably from 0.50 to 3.0% by weight of the urethane foam formulation. When the amount used is less than 0.05% by weight, almost no effect is observed,
In addition, when the amount is 10% by weight or more, there is almost no increase in the effect as the amount increases, and on the other hand, as the amount added increases, adverse effects such as a decrease in foam foaming reactivity and predation appear, so this is preferable. do not have. The amount of blowing agent used depends on the density of the resulting foam, but is generally 0.10 to 5% by weight in the case of water and 1.0 to 30% by weight in the case of fluorocarbon, based on the urethane foam formulation. The method for producing an integrally molded product of a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet and urethane foam is a conventionally known method. For example, a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet is placed on a mold, the mold is closed, and a mixture of an organic polyhydroxy compound, a phosphite, a tertiary amino compound, and water and an organic polyisocyanate are instantly poured through the injection port by high-speed stirring. The mixture is injected into the mold, left for several minutes to allow the urethane reaction to proceed, and then removed from the mold to form a two-layer structure of a flexible polyvinyl chloride sheet and urethane foam, preferably on the other side of the mold. Using a synthetic resin sheet, an integrally molded product having a three-layer structure of polyvinyl chloride sheet/polyurethane foam/synthetic resin sheet is obtained. The obtained integrally molded product is useful for automobile interior materials, instrument panels, seats, headrests, armrests, cushion materials, etc. Examples will be described below, but the examples are merely illustrative of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. "Part" in the text is based on weight. Examples 1 to 4, Comparative Examples 1 to 4 After stirring the foamable polyurethane stock solution of each composition shown in Table 1 below for 10 seconds with a 40 mm diameter JIF mixer, an ABS sheet was placed on the bottom surface of the mold and a polyvinyl chloride sheet was placed on the top surface of the mold. was pasted in advance and injected into a steel mold heated to 40-50℃ so that the overall density of the foam was 0.10±0.02g/cm 3 .The mold was removed after 4 minutes to form various polyvinyl chloride sheets/ An integrally molded product with a three-layer structure consisting of polyurethane foam/ABS sheet was obtained. Table 1 shows the results of evaluating the heat discoloration resistance and weather resistance of these samples. As can be seen from Table 1, the weather resistance of the examples of the present invention is comparable to that of the comparative examples that do not contain phosphite antioxidants, but the heat discoloration resistance of the polyvinyl chloride sheets at 110°C is All are grade 3 or higher. The heat discoloration resistance in Table 1 was evaluated by heating the sample in a gear oven at 110° C. for 600 hours and then observing the surface condition of the polyvinyl chloride leather surface with the naked eye. In addition, weather resistance is determined by testing the black panel temperature of Sunshine Weathermeter (manufactured by Suga Test Instruments Co., Ltd.) at 63±
The surface condition of the polyvinyl chloride leather surface was evaluated with the naked eye in the same manner as above after 300 hours (with rain) after being maintained at 3°C. The heat discoloration resistance and weather resistance of each sample in Table 1 above were evaluated on a five-grade scale, with those showing no change at all being grade 5, and those with slight but not noticeable changes being grade 4. A slight but noticeable change was graded 3rd grade, a noticeable change was graded 2nd grade, and a significant change was graded 1st grade. Examples 5 to 7, Comparative Examples 5 to 7 Form reactivity and PVC discoloration were tested in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the phosphites shown in Table 2 were used. Table 2 of the results
It was shown to.
