  1. 半導体素子を用いて高電圧回路の電圧電流を制
    御するものにおいて、前記半導体素子から引出さ
    れる制御線を筒状のガイドで保護し、このガイド
    は内外層が絶縁物で構成され中層がアモルフアス
    磁性体で構成された多重構造としてなるパワーエ
    クトロニクス機器。
