[Prior Art] As an exterior wall structure of a building, there is a structure in which a plurality of exterior wall panels are supported horizontally adjacent to each other on a building structure. In such an exterior wall configuration, joints are formed between adjacent exterior wall panels in the horizontal direction. In addition, these horizontally adjacent exterior wall panels are arranged above lower wall members such as lower floor exterior wall panels, floor panels, window frame members, etc. arranged on the lower floor side, and A gap is formed between the two.

These joints and gaps need to be waterproofed and hermetically sealed.
A joint treatment method described in Publication No. 44822 has been proposed. In this method, a back plate is applied to the back side of an adjacent exterior wall panel, and the joints and gaps are filled with putty or caulked. Furthermore, the surface of the filled putty or caulking material is sprayed with paint for finishing.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, operations such as filling with putty, caulking, and spraying paint are complicated, and these operations must be performed by erecting scaffolding at the construction site. For this reason, the number of man-hours required at the construction site increases, and this is not appropriate, especially in the case of prefabricated buildings and unit buildings, as it goes against the idea of the construction method of omitting site work.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention closes joints that occur between horizontally adjacent exterior wall panels disposed above a wall bottom member, and In a sealing structure for an exterior wall panel that closes a gap created between the lower end of the exterior wall panel and a wall bottom member,
Attaching a waterproof sheet having an engaging portion extending along the side edge facing the joint portion to the side edge portion facing the joint portion and the lower edge portion facing the gap portion of both adjacent exterior wall panels, The engaging portions of both waterproof sheets are engaged with each other to close the joint, and the lower ends of both waterproof sheets are suspended from the lower wall member, and the lower ends of both waterproof sheets are used to connect the lower wall member. The surface is coated.

[Function] According to the present invention, among the waterproof sheets attached to both adjacent exterior wall panels, the joints are closed by mutually engaging the engaging portions provided on the side edges of both waterproof sheets. Furthermore, the gap is closed by covering the surface of the wall under-wall member with the lower ends of both waterproof sheets. Therefore, it is possible to reliably waterproof the joint portion by a simple operation without having to perform operations such as filling with putty and applying coating.

In the sealing structure of the exterior wall panel according to the present invention, a waterproof sheet is attached to the lower edge of the exterior wall panel, the lower end of the waterproof sheet is suspended from the surface of the lower wall member, and the lower end of the waterproof sheet is attached to the wall. The surface portion of the lower member is covered. Therefore, the waterproof sheet is in a substantially vertical state at the lower edge of the outer wall panel, and prevents rainwater from entering the room horizontally from the gap at the lower edge of the outer wall panel.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention can close the joints that occur between horizontally adjacent exterior wall panels that are disposed above the wall lower member, and also close the joints that occur between the lower ends of the exterior wall panels. In a sealing structure for an exterior wall panel that closes a gap formed between a wall lower member and a lower wall member, a joint is formed on the side edge facing the joint and the lower edge facing the gap of both adjacent exterior wall panels. A waterproof sheet with an engaging part extending along the facing side edge is attached, and the engaging parts of both waterproof sheets are engaged with each other to close the joint, and the lower ends of both waterproof sheets are attached to the wall. The waterproof sheets are suspended from the lower member, and the lower ends of both waterproof sheets cover the surface of the lower wall member. Therefore, it is possible to reliably close the joints between horizontally adjacent exterior wall panels and the gaps between the exterior wall panels and the wall bottom members with a simple operation, and improve the waterproofing properties of the joints and gaps. It becomes possible to achieve this goal.
