  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電気機器の過熱の危険性のある位置に、過
    熱によりＨ２を発生させるためのＨ２発生手段を
    設置すると共に、 Ｈ２発生手段からのＨ２を検出するための、Ｈ
    ２ガスの吸着により抵抗値が変化する金属酸化物
    半導体を用いたＨ２センサを設け、 このＨ２センサの急激な出力の変化からＨ２の
    発生を検出するためのＨ２検出回路を設けて、 電気機器の過熱に伴うＨ２の発生から過熱を検
    出するようにした、電気機器の過熱検出装置。 (2) Ｈ２検出回路を、 Ｈ２の不発生時におけるＨ２センサの出力を記
    憶するためのメモリーと、 このメモリーに記憶したセンサ出力に対する、
    Ｈ２センサの出力変化からＨ２を検出するための
    Ｈ２検出手段と、 このＨ２検出手段でＨ２の発生を検出しない場
    合に、メモリーに記憶したＨ２センサの出力を所
    定の間隔で更新するための手段とから構成したこ
    とを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の電気機器の過
    熱検出装置。
