図および第４図は、それぞれ、従来の複合型圧電
部品の例を示す斜視図である。第５図は、第１図
、第３図および第４図の複合型圧電部品の等価回

Claims (1)
- 圧電基板の両主面に、中央部付近で互いに対向
すると共に反対側の主面の端部付近まで折り返さ
れた電極がそれぞれ形成されて成る圧電素子と、
誘電体基板の一方の主面の両端部付近および他方
の主面の少なくとも中央部付近に電極がそれぞれ
形成されて成るコンデンサとを、両者間に隙間を
あけて、コンデンサの両端部付近に電極が形成さ
れた主面側を圧電素子側にして対向する電極部分
で導電性接着剤によつて貼り合わせたものの両端
部に、第１および第２の端子をそれぞれ導電接合
し、かつ前記コンデンサの中央部付近の電極に第
３の端子を導電接合し、更に前記圧電素子、コン
デンサおよび第１ないし第３の端子の先端部の周
りを、圧電素子の少なくとも振動部の周りに空間
部を残して、絶縁性の外装樹脂で覆つていること
を特徴とする複合型圧電部品。
