Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 受光した画像を光電変換して情報電荷を発
    生する固体撮像素子と、 上記情報電荷を一定期間毎に読出駆動して画面
    単位で連続する映像信号として出力させる駆動回
    路と、 上記映像信号の最大値を所定の基準値と比較す
    る比較手段と、 この比較回路の比較結果に従つて上記駆動回路
    の駆動速度を可変制御する制御手段と、 を備え、上記映像信号の最大値が上記基準値に達
    したときに上記駆動回路の読出駆動速度を速くす
    ることを特徴とする固体撮像装置。 (2) 上記固体撮像素子は、画像を受光する撮像
    部及びこの撮像部に対応する蓄積部を備え、 上記制御手段が上記撮像部から上記蓄積部への
    情報電荷の転送速度を制御してなることを特徴と
    する請求項第１項記載の固体撮像素子。 (3) 受光した画面を光電変換して情報電荷を発
    生する固体撮像素子と、 上記情報電荷を一定期間毎に読出駆動して画面
    単位で連続する映像信号として出力させる駆動回
    路と、 この駆動回路に同期して上記固体撮像素子の受
    光面を一定の周期で遮光するシヤツタ手段と、 上記映像信号の最大値を所定の基準値と比較す
    る比較手段と、 この比較手段の比較結果に従つて上記シヤツタ
    手段の動作を制御する制御手段と、 を備え、上記映像信号の最大値が上記基準値に達
    したときに上記シヤツタ手段を周期的に動作させ
    ることを特徴とする固体撮像装置。 (4) 上記比較手段に設定される基準値に従つて
    上記シヤツタ手段の動作点が決定されることを特
    徴とする請求項第１項記載の固体撮像装置。
