スの波形をそれぞれ示す。 １……ＣＣＤ固体撮像素子、１０……光電変換
部、ＴＨ……信号電荷の蓄積時間。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＣＣＤ固体撮像素子の光電変換部で発生する信
    号電荷の蓄積時間を制御する事により該光電変換
    部で発生する信号電荷量を制御し、最適の映像信
    号出力を得るように構成された、ＣＣＤ固体撮像
    素子を用いたビデオカメラの光量調整方式。
