Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent penetration of water from the periphery and to prevent generation of discoloring by laminating thin wood chips to form a flitch while utilizing an adhesive as a binder and slicing this flitch to form sliced veneer and sticking this sliced veneer to base material and providing a waterproof resin layer at least to the periphery of the sliced veneer. CONSTITUTION:Thin wood chips 1 are applied with an adhesive and introduced into a molding flash and laminated by performing compression molding to form a flitch. A sliced veneer 2 is formed by slicing this flitch. This sliced veneer 2 is stuck on base material 3 such as plywood by an adhesive. A ligneous building plate 5 is formed by coating a waterproof resin layer 4 at least to the periphery of the sliced veneer 2. Coating, etc., are performed on the surface of the sliced veneer. In the ligneous building plate 5 formed in such way as this, penetration of water from the directions of the surface and the rear is prevented by both coating on the surface and the adhesive layer between the sliced veneer 2 and the base material 3. Furthermore, penetration of water from the periphery can be prevented by the waterproof resin layer 4.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a method for manufacturing wooden building boards in which sliced veneers formed by slicing a flitch made of thin pieces of wood using an adhesive as a binder are adhered to a base material. Related Art [Prior Art] In recent years, with the diversification of building materials, there has been a demand for materials with a highly novel appearance. In particular, there is a need for wooden building boards that retain the warmth and gentleness of wood and have an appearance that can be adapted to modern living spaces. For this reason, a wooden IR building board has also been proposed in which sliced veneer, which is obtained by slicing a flitch made of thin wood pieces and #C adhesive as a binder, is adhered to a base material such as plywood.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, unlike natural wood, the sliced veneer obtained by slicing a flitch made of thin wood pieces is different from natural wood, and because the thin wood pieces are oriented in the same direction (II & Usukata), it is difficult to find parts where water resistance is particularly important ( When used for store flooring, sanitary flooring, and wall materials, there is a problem in that water penetrates from the lateral direction as well as the longitudinal direction, causing discoloration.

[Example] A thin piece of wood 1 is coated with adhesive, placed in a mold, assembled by pressure molding to form a flitch, and sliced by slicing this flitch. Board 2 is shaped. This sliced veneer 2 is bonded to a base material 3 such as plywood with an adhesive or the like, and at least the periphery of the sliced veneer 2 is coated with waterproof resin N4 to form a wooden IfI building board 5. Painting or the like is applied to the surface of the sliced veneer. Woody i shaped like this! I! The surface painting of the board 5 and the adhesive layer between the sliced veneer 2 and the base material 3 prevent water from penetrating from the front and back directions, and the waterproof resin layer 4 prevents water from penetrating from the periphery. . ■In the case of the embodiment shown in Figure 1, after the sliced veneer 2 is pasted to the base material 3, waterproof resin is applied to all four circumferences of the sliced veneer 2 and the base material 3 by spraying, brushing, etc. . ■Another method is to apply waterproof resin around the flitch by spraying, brushing, roll coater, etc. before shaping the sliced veneer 2.
Thereafter, the sliced veneer 2 may be shaped by slicing, and the sliced veneer 2 may be attached to the base material 3. (2) As another method, before manufacturing the flitch, a waterproof resin may be applied to the thin wood piece 1 at the stage of forming the thin wood piece 1, and mixed with an adhesive as usual to form the flitch. It goes without saying that the above method (■■■) may be carried out alone, but even more effects can be obtained if two or more of them are used in combination.

次に上記本発明の実施例を具体的にさらに説明する。Next, the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention will be further specifically explained.

Then, the four circumferences of the sliced veneer 2 and the base material 3 are pasted, edge processing (actual processing) is performed on the four circumferences, and the surface of the sliced veneer 2 is coated with a roll coater, 70-coater, etc. as usual. A wooden building board 5 is obtained by spraying waterproof OI resin (resin that is compatible with the surface coating film, such as urethane resin, amino alkyd resin, etc.) at a coating amount of 50 to 200 g/l. In addition, Fig. 2 shows another embodiment. In the case of this embodiment as well, a flitch is formed by assembling thin wood pieces 1 with adhesive as a binder, and sliced veneer 2 obtained by slicing this flitch is made of plywood. It is pasted onto a base material 3 such as , and waterproofed by coating the end face with silicone caulking material 4a as waterproof resin M4.

Specifically, this waterproofing treatment is carried out in the following order: wood grain sanding → paint undercoating → paint intermediate coating 9 → actual processing (formation of female fruit 6 and Ji fruit 7) → application of silicone caulking material 4a → intermediate polishing → paint top coating. Applying the silicone caulking material 4a for waterproofing in this way makes it possible to apply it evenly and evenly, as the viscosity of the silicone caulking material 4a is higher than that of ordinary paints, and prevents water from penetrating from the end surface of the single slice @2. It can be completely prevented. Also, silicone caulking material 4a
The reason for performing medium polishing after application is to remove excess silicone caulking material 4a exposed on the surface.

In addition, when applying a highly viscous waterproof resin such as the silicone caulking material 4a, it is applied with a sponge roll, and the surfaces of the female fruit 6 and the Jllt fruit 7 except for the surfaces indicated by symbols a+b, c, and d are painted. As described above, when applying a highly viscous waterproof resin such as the silicone caulking material 4a, using a sponge roll allows the application to be done evenly and unevenly. In addition, since no waterproof resin is applied to the faces a+bye and d, there is no problem when the male fruit 6 and the male fruit 7 are fitted together, the bonding performance is not impaired, and the adhesion of the real parts is improved.

Further, the following steps have been taken to give the wooden building board 5 a novel design. As shown in FIG. 33(a), a composite flitch 10 is formed by combining 717γ chi 8 made of thin wood pieces and a flitch 9 of natural wood, or as shown in FIG. A plurality of types of flitches 8 are prepared, a plurality of types of flitches 8a and 8b are combined to form a composite flitch 10, and the composite flitch 10 is sliced to form a sliced veneer. In order to make the design even more novel, things like the one shown in FIG. 4 are also done. A composite flitch 10 is formed by combining a plurality of types of flitches 8 a and 8 b made of thin pieces of wood in a checkerboard pattern, and further, through holes 11 are bored through the flitches 8 g and 8 b vertically. Another flitch piece 12 (a natural wood flitch or a flitch made of thin wood pieces) is inserted into the holder.
