(Structure of the present invention) The present invention comprises: (a) a step of simultaneously spraying two or more paints with widely different tactile properties (thixotropy) onto a surface to be coated to form a coating film; (b) a coating film. (c) After drying and curing, the paint film is ground until a desired color pattern appears on the surface; (c) After the paint film surface is ground, the paint film surface is coated with a transparent paint.

In other words, paints have tactile properties (thixotropy) to a greater or lesser degree, but in the present invention, paints with high tactile properties (thixotropy) are fluid when sprayed, and fluid when sprayed onto a wall surface. This is a concept that refers to paint that has the property of stopping (does not drip). Furthermore, the paint referred to in the present invention is a broad concept that includes resin mortar and the like.

The paint 12 that overlaps with the mixture during spraying and also due to grinding of the surface of the paint film as shown in FIG.
The coating film is thinned or partially removed, and a color pattern that creates a design effect is brought out between it and the underlying paint 10.

For example, if the lower paint 10 is black and the upper paint 12 is white, the overlapping parts will be white when viewed from above, but the paint 12 will become thinner due to grinding, and the overlap between the lower paint 10 will be white. It appears gray in color. This gray can be any color, such as white or a gray close to black, depending on the degree of grinding of the paint 12. This also applies to other colors.

1. Surface treatment process Before applying the paint, apply a surface treatment to the surface to be painted. If the surface to be painted is weak due to dryout or weathering of the mortar surface, reinforce it with a penetrating primer. Also, if the adhesion between the painted surface and the paint is insufficient, apply a primer in advance.

In spraying, each nozzle, air volume, and air pressure are adjusted according to the desired pattern and hue, and a number of arbitrary patterns are created by adjusting color combinations, number of colors, paint viscosity, etc.

3 Grinding process After drying and hardening the coating, use sandpaper, sander,
Small paint particles 14 adhering to the surface of the paint film during spraying are ground by sandblasting or the like, and the paints 10 and 12 are ground so that an arbitrary color pattern appears. The type of grinding tool to be used depends on the desired surface finish. For example, in the case of a smooth surface, it is ground with sandpaper (finishing sander), a sander, etc., and in the case of a crushed stone surface that gives a three-dimensional effect, it is ground with sandblasting.

4 Clear paint coating process A predetermined color pattern can be obtained by grinding. When a transparent paint such as varnish or clear paint is applied to the surface of the paint film that has a color pattern created by this grinding, the paint film becomes wet and colored, which makes the color difference between the paints clearer and creates a color pattern. stands out clearly. Furthermore, stain prevention, water repellency, water resistance, gloss, and base protection can be achieved by applying a transparent paint.
