Conventional trolley conductors are made by using metal strips and bending them by roll forming.
In order to reduce costs, it has been proposed to use a steel plate for the main body, to which a highly conductive strip such as a copper plate is attached, and to form the contact surface of the current collector with the strip.
(For example, Utility Model Publication No. 53-7400, JP-A-59-
See Publication No. 164233. ) In these conductors, the main body strip material and the collector contact strip material are each bent into a predetermined shape, and both side edges extending beyond the overlap of the main body strip materials are made to protrude outward from each other. A current collector contacting band material is crimped so as to surround both of these protruding side edges so as to be integrally connected.

In the trolley conductor having the above structure, the joint between the main body band and the current collector contact band is close to the current collector contact area, and vibrations caused by repeated sliding of the brush, which is the current collector, are directly applied. , which tended to weaken the electrical and mechanical bond between the two strips.

品価値を著しく低下させる恐れがあつた。 Problems that arise due to the bonding structure of such composite strips are large, for example, since the electrical connection between the main body strip and the current collector contact strip corresponds to a predetermined electrical capacity, the bonding of both strips is difficult. Weakening of the conductor could cause heating of the conductor due to poor contact, etc., or deformation of the current collector contact surface. In addition, since the main body band material and the current collector band material are different metal materials, if the bond weakens, the bonding surfaces of both band materials will shift due to the difference in elongation due to heat and the difference in bending rigidity. In addition, the conductor was distorted in the longitudinal direction like a undulation, which could significantly reduce the product value as a trolley conductor.

Irregular unevenness was often generated, making it impossible to hope for an improvement in current collection characteristics.

The trolley conductor of the present invention, which achieves the above-mentioned objects, uses a metal strip material and continuously folds and bends it in the length direction between both longitudinal edges of the material to form an overlapping plate portion. , a plurality of folded bent parts are formed in the folded part on one side with respect to the plate part, and a band between the folded bent parts forms a current collecting contact surface, and the folded part on the other side with respect to the plate part A plurality of folded bends corresponding to the plurality of folded bends are formed on one side edge, and a side edge further extending through the folded bends is formed on the other side edge. It is made by abutting and engaging.

A two-piece plate (web) 3 is formed by continuously folding back and bending in the length direction at the shifted axis line portion, and at the folded portion serving as one longitudinal side edge of this plate portion 3,
By forming the two folded bent portions 4, 4 slightly inclined and protruding, two flanges 5, 5 are formed by joining two pieces together, and the band portion 6 extending between the folded bent portions 4, 4 is inwardly formed. It is concavely curved in a substantially V-shape, and this concave curved surface 7 serves as a contact surface for the current collector.

Two hollow flanges 9, 9 are formed by forming the two folded bent portions 8, 8 to extend substantially at right angles to the plate portion 3, and the second or last folded bent portion 8 from the plate portion 3 is formed as follows. The other side edge portion 10 is bent at a substantially right angle and overhangs.
The side edge end 11, which extends further through the folded bent portion 8, is engaged with the other side edge portion 10 so as to circumscribe the other side edge portion 10.

Since it is inscribed so as to wrap around 0, the side edge end 11 that has passed through the folded bent part 8 is the side edge part 1.
Therefore, even if the trolley conductor is wound into a spiral with the plate portion 3 parallel to the winding axis, there will be no deformation such as opening between both side edges.

In this case, even if the current collector tries to deviate in the width direction of the conductor,
Since the contact surface 7 undergoes a so-called centering action of returning to the bottom, which is the center of the concave curved surface, there is no fear that the current collector will wear out the leg portion 14 by rubbing it.

Therefore, a power supply connection with good electrical contact can be achieved by clamping the plate part 3 by attaching a clamp to the flanges 9, 9, which serve as reinforcing parts, excluding the current collector contact surface 7. The same thing can also be achieved in the case of an intermediate connection using a joint fitting between the terminals of trolley conductors whose lengths are specified.

点である。 FIG. 4 shows a further modified example of the trolley conductor of the present invention, and the difference from the above-mentioned embodiment shown in FIG. At both side edge portions, one of the widely extending side edges is formed with two folded bent portions 8', 8' projecting out in the same manner as on the side where the current collector contact surface 7 is formed, thereby forming two two-piece flanges 9', 9. As explained above, according to the trolley conductor of the present invention, the current collecting contact surface is formed by the band portion between the plurality of folded bends on the folded side of the metal strip, so that the main body is made of a composite strip as in the past. It is possible to provide a stable current collecting surface that maintains its shape without twisting or other deformation due to their bonding, which occurs when a contact member is configured, and it is possible to dramatically improve current collecting characteristics. It is something.

ものである。 In addition, since the joint is not formed in the vicinity of the current collector contact part, but is joined at the part farthest from the contact part, the joining can be made simple, and it can be bent into a single strip material. Since it can be manufactured according to a specific procedure, it is extremely easy to manufacture.

会結合が成されるものである。 Furthermore, by folding and bending one strip, a joint is formed by abutting engagement of both side edges extending to the same side of the overlapping plate parts, and a current collector contact part is formed on the opposite side. Therefore, even if the current collector is a sliding object such as a brush, the effects of vibrations caused by it are small, and unlike the conventional joining of composite metal parts, there is no possibility of relative displacement due to heat. There is no need to worry, and a stable combination of opportunities can be achieved.
