Conventionally, in this type of beverage dispensing valve, as shown in FIG.
A sliding hole 3 is opened at the bottom of the sliding hole 3.
A valve seat 4 is formed to surround the valve stem 6, and a valve stem 6 consisting of a stepped shaft with a large diameter head is provided in the sliding hole 3.
A seal piece 5 is provided on the stepped portion 6a of the valve stem 6 that faces the valve seat 4, and a horizontal hole 7 is provided in the valve stem 6 at the lower position of the seal piece 5.
is opened, and this horizontal hole 7 is communicated with a spout hole 8 concentrically drilled from the lower end side of the valve stem 6. On the other hand, a disc-shaped push-up member ( A lift disk (hereinafter referred to as a lift disk) 9 is screwed together to be detachably provided, and by pressing the lift disk 9 from below with a paper tip A or the like and moving it upward, the valve stem 6 is pushed up. It is known that the side hole 7 is made to face the inside of the valve body 2, thereby allowing the beverage W in the liquid storage tank 1 to be poured into the paper cup A through the pouring hole 8 of the valve stem 6. It is being

However, with the above-described structure of the pouring valve, repeated pouring of beverages tends to cause a small amount of beverage to leak along the outer periphery of the sliding part of the valve stem 6, and this leaked beverage and spills from the pouring hole tend to occur. Lift disk 9 for drinks
The liquid may penetrate into the threaded joint between the valve stem 6 and the valve stem 6, drying and adhering to the valve stem 6, making it impossible to remove the lift disk 9 from the valve stem 6.Also, since the valve stem 6 is thin and difficult to pick, the penetration of the beverage may cause Even without it, it is not only difficult to remove the lift disk 9, but also it is difficult to clean the uneven portion of the threaded portion between the two, which is not desirable from a sanitary standpoint.

Furthermore, as another fixing means for the conventional lift disk 9, as shown in FIG.
However, in this type of structure, the set screw 10 may loosen during use and the lift disk 9 may fall off, or the set screw 10 may become loose during use.
Due to the tightening, the sliding part of the valve stem 6 may be damaged and may not be able to be removed from the valve body 2, and the threaded part of the set screw 10 may be difficult to clean.
As another fixing means, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a shallow locking groove 11 is cut in the lower end of the valve stem 6 to form a stepped structure, and a lift disk 9 is attached to this step.
After attaching the daruma pin 12 to the locking groove 11,
In this case, compared to the above-mentioned conventional structure, screws are not required and the problem of adhesion is solved, as it does not require screws. te, daruma pin 12
Therefore, when removing the springy Daruma pin 12, there were various problems such as the spring force causing it to fly off, and since it is a small part, there is a high risk of losing it during cleaning. .

That is, in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a large diameter shallow counterbore 20 is provided in the center of the lower surface of the lift disk 9, and a fitting groove 21 is provided on the inner circumferential wall of the counterbore 20. is provided around the fitting groove 21, and a linear elastic member 22 having spring properties wound approximately in the shape of a square is fitted into and held in the fitting groove 21. The depth of the linear elastic member 22 is set to about half the diameter of the linear elastic member 22, so that the linear portion 22a of the linear elastic member 22 can be locked in the locking groove 11 formed at the lower end of the valve stem 6. .
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the linear elastic member 22 has a free end 22b bent inward, and the free end 22b and the linear portion 22b are bent inward.
2a with fingers or the like to reduce the outer diameter of the "no" and insert it into the fitting groove 21 of the lift disk 9, and then remove the fingers or the like to assemble and hold it. The tip 22c of the straight portion 22a is bent vertically to form a straight portion 22a.
is used as a hook portion for a finger when engaging and disengaging from the fitting groove 21.

Therefore, when the beverage W in the liquid storage tank 1 is poured out using the pouring valve having the above-described configuration, the same operation as in the conventional example explained in FIG. 6 is performed.
Next, for cleaning, first, the linear elastic member 2
If you put your finger on the tip 22c of the valve 2 and push it outward, the straight part 22a will come off the locking groove 11 of the valve stem 6. If you push the lift disc 9 downward in this state, the lift disc 9 will become linearly elastic. The member 22 can be removed from the valve stem 6 while still being held, and each of these parts can be washed with detergent, hot water, water, or the like. At this time, since the valve stem 6 and the lift disk 9 are simply fitted with the shaft and the hole, there are no screws as in the conventional case, so cleaning is easy and complete, and the lift disk 9 is Since the linear elastic member 22 can be removed from the valve stem 6 by simply bending it slightly and pushing it downward,
During disassembly, there is almost no influence of stickiness caused by leaked beverages, making the disassembly work very easy. Moreover, during the dispensing operation, the linear elastic member 22 self-aligns with the locking groove 11 of the valve stem 6. Since the lift disk 9 is securely fitted by the spring force, there is no fear that the lift disk 9 will fall off downward during use. Furthermore, since the linear elastic member 22 is integrated with the lift disk 9, it will not come off and there is no risk of losing it during cleaning even if it is a relatively small part. Since it can be removed from 9, it can also be disassembled and cleaned.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments,
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, as another linear elastic member 30, the other end 31b of a linear spring member 31 having a short bent portion 31a at one end is inserted into the counterbore portion 20 of the lift disk 9. The spring material 31 is installed in the peripheral wall and held in the locking groove 11 of the valve stem 6.
The shape of the lift disk 9 is also not limited to a disk shape.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the linear elastic member is held by the push-up member, and the push-up member is attached to the valve stem by the spring properties of the linear elastic member. The push-up member can be easily removed from the valve stem without being hindered by the adhesion of the beverage when heated, and it is easy to assemble and can be held securely. In addition, since there are no threaded parts on either the valve stem or the push-up member, the shape is simple and cleaning can be completed.Furthermore, the number of disassembled parts can be reduced, so there is no risk of losing each part. It has excellent effects such as ease of cleaning, disassembly, and assembly.
