Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 流入口と、弁室と、該流入口と弁室間を導通
する流路に比例して回転する回転子を回転自在に
軸承し、流量計を形成する計量室と、前記弁室に
交換可能に装着する弁座と、該弁座から流出口間
の流通路とを具備する流量計部および前記弁と協
動する交換可能な弁体と、該弁体を装着した弁軸
と、該弁軸を前記流量計の流量信号に応じて変位
する駆動手段とを具備する弁部とからなり、該弁
部を弁室内に嵌着し一体構成としたことを特徴と
する流量制御装置。 ２ 弁部における駆動手段をダイヤフラムにより
２分したダイヤフラム室の一方に作用する空気圧
信号により、ばね力を平衡した変位を出力するダ
イヤフラム弁としたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項に記載の流量制御装置。 ３ 弁部における駆動手段を流量制御信号と平衡
した基準値を変位するサーボモータとしたことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載
の流量制御装置。
