スがアクセスされるデータＲＯＭと、 前記ＡＤコンバータ及び前記データＲＯＭから
出力されるデジタルデータを比較する比較回路と
、をマイクロコンピユータ内部に備え、 前記比較回路の出力を前記テスター内部に取り
込み、前記ＡＤコンバータの変換結果が正常であ
るか否かを測定することを特徴とするマイクロコ
