Claims (1)
- シリンダ内を高圧が導入される空圧室と、大気
につながる背圧室とに区分し、シリンダ内で摺動
するピストンを備えたエアモジユレータにおいて
、前記シリンダに設けたフイルタ収容孔と、この
フイルタ収容孔に収容されるとともに、前記背圧
室に対して開口した円筒状のフイルタブリーザと
、この円筒状のフイルタブリーザの周囲に設けら
れた環状空間と、この環状空間と大気とをつなぐ
エア通路とを備えたエアモジユレータ。
