Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内部空間を形成した本体と、前記内部空間に移動自在に
    挿入して圧力室と無圧室とを区画する可動体と、該可動
    体の無圧室側に設けられ当該可動体と一体的に移動し前
    記本体に設けた第１の孔に移動可能に密嵌する出力部材
    と、前記第１の孔の側方に設けた第２の孔に取付けられ
    前記可動体が所定位置を越えて移動したことを検知する
    ストロークスイッチと、前記無圧室を外気に連絡する通
    路に設けられるエアブリーザとを備え、前記圧力室に圧
    力流体を給排するようにした作動器に５いて、前記通路
    は、前記第２の孔の少なくとも一部を有し、この第２の
    孔の一部に前記エアブリーザのフィルタを配設して成る
    作動器。
