- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ８の外周にその軸線方向に延在するレ
ール１を設け、レール１にはレール１の延在方向
へ移動可能でかつねじ７の締付けにより任意の移
動位置で固定可能な支持部材４，２０を設け、そ
の支持部材４，２０にはセンサ９を支持した取付
装置において、 前記支持部材４，２０のレール１延在方向への
移動を弾性的に規制するばね手段５，１４をレー
ル１と支持部材４，２０との間に設けたことを特
徴とするシリンダにおけるセンサ取付装置。
