Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は主として自動車の成形天井材およびド
アの内張の基材としてのレジンボードにブラケツ
トを取付ける方法に関するものである。
〔発明の背景〕
第5図に示すように自動車成形天井において、
レジンボードからなる成形天井基材1にはブラケ
ツト2が打込まれ、該ブラケツト2上面にクリツ
プ3を取付け、該クリツプ3を天井インナパネル
に設けた取付孔に挿着することにより成形天井が
インナパネルに取付けられる。
〔従来の技術〕
従来は第6図に示すように基材1に直接ブラケ
ツト2が打込まれる。
〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら上記従来技術にあつてはブラケツ
ト2の脚部21,21が基材1表面に達して膨上
部11,11が形成され、該膨上部11,11は
表装材4を介して表面に現れるから外観的に大き
な問題を生ずる。膨上部11,11が形成されな
いようにブラケツト2を浅く打込めばブラケツト
2の引抜強度が低下する。
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
上型31と下型32とからなる加熱押圧型3の
下型32面に繊維と結着剤とを混合し絡合した下
層フリース1Cを載置し、該下層フリース1C上
面所定位置に両側下縁からフランジ24,24を
差出した有底ブラケツト2を載置し、更にその上
から下層フリース1Cと同様な構成でかつ下層フ
リース1Cのブラケツト載置位置に対応した位置
にブラケツト孔11Dを設けた上層フリース1D
を載置して該ブラケツト孔11Dに該ブラケツト
2を嵌合し、このようにして得られた下層フリー
ス1Cと上層フリース1Dとの重合物を該加熱押
圧型の上型31と下型32とによりホツトプレス
することにより下層フリース1Cと上層フリース
1Dとを一体化してレジンボード1とすることを
特徴とするブラケツトの取付方法を提供するもの
である。
〔作用〕
所定位置にブラケツト2を載置した下層フリー
ス1Cの上に上層フリース1Dを載置し、該フリ
ースのブラケツト孔11Dに該ブラケツト2を嵌
合し、このようにして得られた下層フリース1C
と上層フリース1Dとの重合物をホツトプレスす
ると各フリース1C,1Dの結着剤が繊維を結着
して一体的なレジンボード1となる。この際ブラ
ケツト2は有底であるからブラケツト2直下の下
層フリース1Cにも上記ホツトプレスが及ぼされ
る。そして該ブラケツト2のフランジ部24,2
4はレジンボード1の内部に埋設係合される。
〔発明の効果〕
したがつて本発明においてはレジンボードから
なる基材の表面にはブラケツトに由来する膨上部
は形成されず、しかもブラケツトの引抜強度は大
巾に向上する。
〔実施例〕
本発明を第1図〜第4図に示す一実施例によつ
て説明すれば、加熱押圧型3は上型31と下型3
2とからなり、上型31の型面の所定位置にはブ
ラケツト孔31A,31Aが設けられている。該
加熱押圧型3の下型32上には下層フリース1C
が載置される。該下層フリース1Cは繊維とフエ
ノール樹脂、メラミン樹脂、尿素樹脂等の熱硬化
性合成樹脂、あるいは該熱硬化性合成樹脂とポリ
エチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレン−酢酸ビニ
ル共重合体等の熱可塑性合成樹脂との混合物等か
らなる結着剤とを混合し絡合してなる。
該下層フリース1C上面の所定位置には第2図
に示ようにブラケツト2が載置される。該ブラケ
ツト2はクリツプ取付穴22Aが設けられている
上面部21と、該上面部21両縁から垂下される
側面部22,22と、該側面部22,22の下縁
間に差渡される底面部23と、該底面部23両縁
から延長されるフランジ部24,24とからな
る。
下層フリース1C上面にブラケツト2を載置し
たらその上から上層フリース1Dを載置する。該
上層フリース1Dは下層フリース1Cと同様な構
成を有し、下層フリース1C上面のブラケツト載
置位置に対応する位置にブラケツト孔11Dが設
けられている。そして第3図に示すような該上層
フリース1Dのブラケツト孔11Dに下層フリー
ス1C上面に載置されているブラケツト2を嵌合
する。次いで上記下層フリース1Cと上層フリー
ス1Dとの重合物を第4図に示すように加熱押圧
型3によつてホツトプレスする。この場合結着剤
がフエノール樹脂であればプレス温度は150〜200
℃、プレス圧は2〜5Kg/cm2程度とする。
このようにしてフリース1C,1D内の結着剤
は硬化して繊維を結着して下層および上層のレジ
ンボード1A,1Bが形成され、該レジンボード
1A,1Bは相互に圧着され一体化してレジンボ
ード1となる。そこでブラケツト2の底面部23
のフランジ部24,24は下層のレジンボード1
Aと上層のレジンボード1Bとの間にはさまれ、
ブラケツト2に引抜き力が及ぼされてもフランジ
部24,24とレジンボード1Bとの係合作用に
よつてブラケツト2は該引抜き力に抵抗する。
ブラケツト2は上層のレジンボード1B上面よ
り上部が外出するが、加熱押圧型3の上型31面
に設けられているブラケツト孔31A,31Aに
該ブラケツト2上部が収容される。
上記実施例ではレジンボード1Aとレジンボー
ド1Bとは接着剤なしで積層され一体化された
が、所望によりポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、
エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリアミド等の
接着剤が介在されてもよい。また所望なれば上層
レジンボード1Bのブラケツト2周縁にはシアノ
アクリレート、ウレタンプレポリマー、不飽和ポ
リエステル、エポキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂等の強
