ている。テープパツドから繰出されるテープはば
ね作用に抗して絶縁検出棒から離反するようにド
ロツパーピンを介して被巻付材料に巻付けられて
いる。若し、テープが切断すると、ドロツパーピ
ンはばね作用によつて絶縁検出棒を押すのでテー
プの切断が検出される。しかし、この従来技術の
装置ではドロツパーピンにテープパツドのテープ
かすやほこり等のごみによつてドロツパーピンの
ベアリングが重くなつて作用が利かなくなつた
り、テープが切断したときドロツパーピンにテー
プがからんで絶縁検出棒に接触することができな
かつたりして装置の作動不良を起すことがあつ
た。これは装置の維持を確実に行なうことによつ
て回避することができるが、この維持を怠ると、
上記の装置の作動不良を起すので常に装置の維持
を必要とし作業性が悪い欠点があつた。また、特
に巻付ヘツドの回転数が高くなると、ドロツパー
