本発明は、管壁に管軸方向の通孔を多数貫通せ
しめて成る合成樹脂管(以下ホール管という)の
端部に、凹凸がなくシール性の優れた拡径受口部

ル管の内径より小さい外径を有しかつ前記拡径受
口部の長さに相当する長さを有する中実短管を、
前記ホール管の端部内側にシール材を介して内装
し、次に前記ホール管及び中実短管を加熱軟化し
たのちに中実短管内側より内型を挿入してホール
管の端部及び中実短管を一体的に拡径し、拡径さ
れた中実短管によつて受口部の内面を形成するも
のである。

在させて成形したが、本実施例の場合はゴムパツ
キン3a,3bの代わりにゴムチユーブ11を拡
径受口部を成形するホール管1と短管2の間の略
全域に亘つて介在させて成形したものである。こ
のようにゴムチユーブ11を用いた場合には、ホ
ール管1と短管2のシール効果が一層増大すると
ともに、拡径受口部7の内周面の凹凸の発生をよ
り一層防止することができ接続管8とのシール効
果が優れた拡径受口部7を成形することが可能と

本発明は以上のように、ホール管の内径より小
さい外径を有しかつ前記拡径受口部の長さに相当
する長さを有する中実短管を、シール材を介して
ホール管の端部内側に内装して加熱軟化させたの
ちに中実短管内側より内型を挿入してホール管の
端部及び中実短管を一体的に拡径し、拡径された
短管によつて拡径受口部の内面を形成するので、
拡径受口部内周面には凹凸が生ぜずシール機能を
十分果たし得る。
