で使用した両端に切り欠き部を有する溝付きロー
ルである。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 研磨粒子を混入した合成樹脂シート片Ａの
積層ブロツクを、円周に沿つて多数の溝を有する
ロールの溝に接着樹脂とともに放射状に植設し、
さらに植設された積層ブロツクの間隙に見掛け密
度が１未満の多孔性合成樹脂シート片Ｂを接着樹
脂とともに植設してなる回転研磨ロール。 (2) 合成樹脂シート片Ａがメタ系芳香族ポリア
ミドである請求項(1)に記載の回転研磨ロール。
