ール。 (2) 合成樹脂シートと回転ロール軸との間に弾
性体を入れてなる請求項(1)に記載の歯型研摩ロ
ール。 (3) 合成樹脂シートがメタ系芳香族ポリアミド
を主体とする請求項(1)または(2)に記載の歯型研
摩ロール。
