Claims (1)
- 可動子に永久磁石を用いたリニアモータにおい
て、前記永久磁石のバツクヨークの可動子進行方
向の端面に断面Ｌ字状でバツクヨークの可動子進
行方向とは直角方向の幅とほぼ同じ長さを持つリ
ブを設けたことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
