Claims (1)
- 可動子に複数個の永久磁石を用いたリニアモー
タにおいて、前記永久磁石を可動子進行方向に複
数個バツクヨーク内に配設するとともに、該バツ
クヨークの前記永久磁石を配設固定する面に断面
凸状で、前記複数個の永久磁石相互間に配され、
且つ、バツクヨークの可動子進行方向とは直角方
向の幅とほぼ同じ長さを持つリブを設けたことを
特徴とするリニアモータ。
