Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 槽１と据付ヘツド２とを有して冷却剤を充填
    されたケース１〜３内に配置されたＸ線管４を備
    えたＸ線源において、前記Ｘ線管４はＸ線管サポ
    ータ１０によつて保持され、このＸ線管サポータ
    １０は保持手段２６〜２８によつて調整可能に前
    記ケース１〜３に結合されることを特徴とするＸ
    線源。 ２ 前記調整可能な保持手段２６〜２８は前記据
    付ヘツド２に回転可能に固定されたねじ２６から
    構成され、このねじ２６は前記Ｘ線管サポータ１
    ０に設けられたねじ山内にねじ込まれることを特
    徴とする請求項１記載のＸ線源。 ３ 前記ねじ２６はねじ山部材を有し、このねじ
    山部材は前記Ｘ線管サポータ１０に固定されたね
    じ山内にねじ込まれ、前記ねじ２６は肉厚部を有
    し、この肉厚部は前記据付ヘツド２に設けられた
    孔内に入れられてこの据付ヘツド２に支えられ、
    前記ねじ２６の他側には同様にねじ山が設けられ
    、このねじ山には前記据付ヘツド２に支えられた
    ロツクナツト２７がねじ込まれることを特徴とす
    る請求項２記載のＸ線源。 ４ 前記据付ヘツド２を貫通する前記保持手段２
    ６〜２８の貫通部には密封体２８が設けられるこ
    とを特徴とする請求項１ないし３の１つに記載の
    Ｘ線源。
