- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 レーザー光源からの光束を偏向する偏向器と、
偏向されたレーザー光により走査される被走査体
と、上記偏向器と上記被走査体との間に位置する
結像光学系と、上記被走査体における主走査方向
最上流に位置し、上記偏向器に対して、被走査面
と等価の位置に配置してある同期検知装置とを備
えたレーザー光を用いた光書き込み装置等の走査
光学装置において、 上記同期検知装置の入光面を、入射光に対して
、その反射光が上記結像光学系へ戻らない方向に
一定量を以つて傾けて構成したことを特徴とする
走査光学装置。
