Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光ビームを光偏向装置によつて偏向走査し
    て感光体面に入射させるビーム走査露光装置にお
    いて、光ビームの入射点における感光体面の法線
    と光ビームの入射角が一致しないように露光光学
    系を構成したことを特徴とするビーム走査露光装
    置。 (2) 前記感光体面の法線と前記光ビームの入射
    角の成す角度が２°以上である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のビーム走査露光装置。 (3) 前記光偏向装置で偏向走査された光ビーム
    が感光体面への結像光学素子と遮光スリツトを通
    して感光体面に入射される実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項または第２項記載のビーム走査露光装置
    。
